摘    要:采用浸渍法测定13科20种植物乙醇提取物对南方根结线虫的毒杀活性。结果表明:酸豆、牛角瓜、番荔枝、苦楝乙醇提取物以10mg/mL处理后24h,供试2龄线虫校正死亡率分别为82.13%、85.71%、89.28%、89.28%,处理后48h,校正死亡率分别为89.01%、96.34%、92.67%和96.34%,均具有强杀线虫活性;毒力测定结果表明:处理后24h和48h,4种提取物的LC50由小到大顺序为:酸豆〈牛角瓜〈番荔枝〈苦楝。

Abstract:Plants of 20 species under 13 families were extracted with ethanol to determine their nematocidal activities against root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne incognita) by dipping bioassay. The results showed that the ethanol extracts from Tarnarindus indica L., Calotropis giganteon (L.) Dryand., Anona squamosa L., Melia azedarach L. possessed strong nematocidal activity and caused respective corrected mortalities of 82.13%, 85.71%, 89.28 and 89. 28% after 24 h treatment, and of 89.01%, 96.34%, 92.67% and 96.34% after 48 h treatment at the concentration of 10 000 μg/mL against second instar larvae of the root-knot nematode. Toxicity analysis demonstrated that the LC50 values of the 4 extracts after 24 and 48 hours of treatment varied in the descending order of T. indica L.〈C. gigantean (L.) Dryand.〈A.squamosa L.〈Melia azedarach L.
