摘    要:以先玉335为材料,在不同密度条件下,对玉米各器官可溶性糖含量积累变化与产量形成进行了研究。结果表明:不同生育时期春玉米叶、鞘、茎中可溶性糖的平均百分含量均是茎秆>叶鞘>叶片。雌穗各器官中可溶性糖平均百分含量为子粒>苞叶>穗轴。密度主要通过影响穗数来影响产量,在提高密度的基础上,提高穗数、稳定千粒重是提高产量的重要措施。

Abstract:The field experiment with maize hybrid Xianyu335 was carried out at Huadian of Jilin province in 2006. The soluble sugar and yield were researched under different densities. The average contents of soluble sugar of leaves, sheaths and stems were different. The results showed that soluble sugar content decreased in the order of stems > sheaths > leaves on different development period. The average contents of soluble sugar of female ear decreased in the order of kernels > ear bract > ear axis. The grain yield was mainly depended on the ears. And it was a method to improve the yield which improved the 1 000-kernels weight in proper density.
