| 摘 要： | 在实证分析的基础上，对我国农业产业化龙头企业与农户之间的组织模式提出了建议，推崇“公司＋农业合作组织＋农户”型组织模式，以保障龙头企业与农户之间稳定的利益联结机制，促进我国农业产业化的进程，并以此确定他们之间不同的契约关系，探索一种完善的利益联结机制。

| Abstract: | Based on the theoretical and empirical analysis,some suggestions for the industrial leading agricultural enterprises and farmers were put forward,including choosing the organizational model of corporation+agricultural cooperative organizations + farmers to ensure the stable interests binding mechanism of the leading enterprises and farmers and promote the agricultural industrialization process.Different contractual relationship between them was ensured and a kind of perfect interests binding mechanism was discussed. |
