摘    要:毛细管电泳技术用于DNA电泳分析,具有快速,样品用量少,高重复率等特点。本文应用毛细管电泳对动基体微环DNA PCR扩增产物进行检测,结果表明扩增产物分子量片段为300bp到600bp之间,与实验设计相符,且比较纯净,可用于下一步测序分析。

Abstract:Capillary electrophoresis can be used in DNA electrophoresis analysis, which offers fast separation, needs only minute quantities of sample and gives high quantitive reproducibility. It was used to detect the PCR product of mini-circle DNA of Trypanosoma evansi. The results showed that the molecular weight of the PCR product is between 300 hp and 600 hp, as agreed with the experiment design. It was proved that the product was comparatively pure, could be used for DNA sequence analysis.
