摘    要:为明确不同地理种群二化螟Chilo suppressalis对香根草选择趋性的差异,通过室内盆栽试验测定了3个省份共8个地理种群二化螟成虫对水稻和香根草的选择趋性及产卵选择性。结果表明:8个地理种群中,选择香根草栖息的二化螟雌、雄蛾比例分别为50%~70%和50%~80%。接入二化螟成虫后第1天,除温岭、乐清、萧山种群外,其它种群雌成虫对香根草和水稻的选择性存在显著差异。金华、衡阳、温岭、衢州种群雄成虫对香根草和水稻的选择性存在显著差异。接入二化螟成虫后第2天和第3天,所有种群雌成虫对香根草的选择性均显著高于对水稻的选择性。除乐清和萧山种群外,其它种群雄成虫对香根草的选择性也显著高于对水稻的选择性。8个不同地理种群二化螟在香根草上的产卵量比例为35%~70%,是水稻上产卵量的1.17(温岭)~2.33(衡阳)倍,均显著高于在水稻上的产卵量。结果表明,香根草对不同地理种群二化螟成虫均具有较好的诱集效果。

Abstract:To understand the selective tropism difference of different geographical populations of Chilo suppressalis to vetiver grass, the adults tropism and oviposition preference of eight geographical populations of C. suppressalis were examined by using potted rice and vetiver grass. The results showed that the percentage of female and male moths select vetiver to habitat in all the tested populations were 50%-70% and 50%-80%, respectively. Except for Wenling, Yueqing and Xiaoshan populations, there were significant differences on selective tropism between vetiver and rice of female adults in all the populations first day after adults inoculated. And female adult selective tropisms of eight tested populations were significantly different between vetiver and rice after two and three days after adults inoculated. However, there were significant differences on selective tropism between vetiver and rice of male adults in Jinhua, Hengyang, Wenling and Quzhou populations first day after adults inoculated. And male adult selective tropisms of all the tested populations, except for Yueqing and Xiaoshan populations, were significantly different between vetiver and rice after two and three days the adults inoculated. The egg number on vetvier grass were 1.17-(Wenling population) to 2.33-fold (Hengyang population) higher than that on the rice and the percentage of egg number on vetiver ranged from 53% to 70%. The vetiver grass had better trapping efficiency on different geographic populations of C. suppressalis and provided a theoretical basis for the reasonable application and promotion of vetiver as ecological control technology for C. suppressalis on the rice.
