摘    要:近年来,单倍体育种得到很大的发展,游离小孢子培养技术是产生单倍体的较好途径。阐述了大白菜游离小孢子培养技术的发展历史及现状,探讨了大白菜游离小孢子胚胎发生及植株再生的主要影响因素,展望了这项技术在研究和生产实践中的应用前景,并提出了这一领域内存在的问题。

Abstract:Recently haploid breeding is greatly developed.Microspore culture is an efficient method to produce haploid plant.In this paper the history and the recent progress on isolated microspore culture of Chinese cabbage was reviewed.The major factors affecting the formation of embryo of Chinese cabbage and the problems of isolated microspore culture of Chinese cabbage were discussed in detail,and the application of the techniques in study and practice was forecasted.
