摘    要:利用盆栽模拟土壤干旱法,对鹅观草属7种植物幼苗在连续干旱胁迫下的生理生化特征进行研究,综合评价7种植物的抗旱性,筛选抗旱品种。结果表明:随干旱胁迫天数的增加,土壤相对体积含水量、叶片相对含水量和叶绿素含量显著降低(P<0.05),脯氨酸含量、相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)含量都显著增加(P<0.05);过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性先上升,后不同材料变化各异。相关分析表明,除了SOD活性,其他指标之间都存在显著或极显著相关。运用隶属函数法进行综合评价,7种植物的抗旱性顺序为:黑药鹅观草>垂穗鹅观草>肃草>纤毛鹅观草>多变鹅观草>岷山鹅观草>直穗鹅观草。
