野败型水稻广亲和不育系064A的选育

 对粳型广亲和系02428与籼型广亲和系培矮64的杂种F#-1进行花培，在80余份花培系中选出一综合性状优良的株系作为轮回亲本，通过连续回交对野败型质核互作不育系珍汕97A作核置换，育成了野败型广亲和不育系064A。064A育性稳定，开花习性好，广亲和性强，配合力高。其中与粳型恢复系9512组配的F#-1穗大粒多，结实率高，优势非常明显，具有进一步开发利用的潜力。

Selection of 064A, a WA Type Male Sterile Line of Rice with Wide Compatibility

The anthers of F 1 hybrid between 02428, a japonica wide compatibility variety (WCV) and Peiai64, an indica WCV were cultured. One double haploid (DH) line with elite characters was selected from more than 80 DH lines and was used as recurrent parent to replace the nucleus of Zhenshan 97A, a wild abortive (WA) type male sterile line through successive backcross. 064A, a WA type cytoplasm nuclear interaction male sterile line with wide compatibility, was successfully selected. The 064A is stable in male sterility with excellent flowering characters for outcrossing and strong wide compatibility for high combining ability in hybridization between subspecies. Among F 1 hybrids between 064A and different restorer lines, the F 1 hybrid of 064A and 9512, a japonica type restorer line had large panicle with high fertility and great potential for utilization in production.
