芳香羧酸衍生物驱避剂活性测定及定量构效关系的研究

摘    要: 用家蝇作为实验昆虫,测定了40个芳香羧酸衍生物的驱避活性,并对其结果进行了定量构效关系的研究。结果显示,化合物B#-6、B#-8、M#-2、E#-6具有较高的驱避活性;沸点参数B是影响化合物驱避活性的主要因素。而化合物取代基的体积不应大于苯;取代基的亲脂性(logP)应在3.50左右。

Abstract:The repellency of forty aromatic carboxylic acid derivatives to the houseflies (Musca domestica L.) was determined quantitatively through their behavioral respect and the QSAR (quantitative structure activity relationship) were analyzed using Hansch method. The results indicate that the derivatives B 6,B 8,M 2,E 6 have a higher repellency and the repellency is significantly correlated with the boiling coefficients. The volume of substituent radicals in the molecules of the compounds should not be larger than a benzene, and the most appropriate value of partition coefficient(logP)is about 3.50.
