| 摘 要： | 水牛是我国南方地区广泛饲养的草食动物，是我国养牛业的重要组成部分。但是，由于传统习惯等影响，水牛挤奶加工不足20％，乳用潜力有着巨大的开发利用前最。从广西水牛奶生产现状的角度出发，阐述了水牛奶的营养特点和资源优势及水牛奶的开发利用现状，提出了水牛奶开发方向和建议。
