| 摘 要： | 用两种植物生长调节剂GA3和6-BA不同药剂浓度（0、20、40、80 mg/L）和不同浸种时间（3、6、12、24 h）处理带果荚和去果荚的降香黄檀种子，结果表明：去果荚的种子用GA340 mg/L溶液浸泡12 h的发芽率最高，达到78%，壮苗指数和根冠比最优，效果最好。

| Abstract: | The effects of two plant growth regulators GA3 and 6-BA on the seed germination of Dalbergia odorfiera were stud-ied. Four different concentration （0 mg/L （CK）, 20 mg/L, 40 mg/L and 80 mg/L） and four time （3 h, 6 h, 12 h and 24 h） treat-ments were designed to soak seeds with or without capsule. The results showed that GA3 significantly improved the germina-tion rate of seeds without capsule; soaking in solution of 40 mg/L GA3 for 12 h, seed germination rate had the highest val-ue of 78%, and healthy index and root/shoot ratio also showed the optimum values. |
