16种杏鲍菇的菌丝生长特性比较

摘    要:为了进一步优化杏鲍菇工厂化生产栽培种的培养条件,为杏鲍菇工厂化生产提供更适合的栽培菌种。本试验选择16种不同来源的杏鲍菇品种作为试验材料,通过对各品种的菌丝生长情况、菌丝生长速率和菌丝生长指数进行比较,研究不同杏鲍菇母种的菌丝生长特性。研究结果表明:4号(‘农杏6号’)、8号(‘杏鲍菇79号’)、15号(‘奥坤’)这3个品种的杏鲍菇菌丝均匀,浓密,长势好;平均生长速率快,达0.77 cm/d,极显著高于其他菌种;菌丝生长指数最大,达到3.86。因此,从菌丝生长特性方面考虑,4号(‘农杏6号’)、8号(‘杏鲍菇79号’)、15号(‘奥坤’)可作为杏鲍菇栽培时的优良菌种。

Comparison of Mycelium Growth Characteristics of 16 Pleurotus eryngii
Abstract:To further optimize the industrial cultivation condition of Pleurotus eryngii, and provide suitable species for factory production, 16 Pleurotus eryngii cultivars from different places were used as materials. The mycelium growth, the rate of mycelium growth and the index of mycelium growth was compared, and the growth characteristics of different parent hypha species were studied. The results showed that the mycelium growth of three cultivars, No.4 (‘apricot farmers No.6’), No.8 (‘Pleurotus eryngii No.79’), No.15 (‘Ao Kun’), was uniform dense and well, and the average growth rate was fast, 0.77 cm/d, which was higher than those of other cultivars. The index of mycelium growth was the largest, up to 3.86. Therefore, considering the characteristics of mycelium growth, No.4 (apricot farmers No.6), No.8 (Pleurotus eryngii No.79) and No.15 (Ao kun) could be used as excellent strains of Pleurotus eryngii cultivation.
