| 摘 要： | 锈病和白粉病是小麦的主要病害,目前小麦中已发现的多效抗病基因有四个,包括 Lr34/ Yr18/ Pm38/ Sr57、 Lr27/ Yr30/ Sr2、 Lr46/ Yr29/ Pm39/ Sr58和 Lr67/ Yr46/ Pm46/ Sr55,这些基因在我国的利用程度不高。为了明确这4个多效抗病基因用于育种的情况,本研究对来自世界各国的367个小麦品种(系)进行了分子标记检测。在所有检测的材料中,有174份材料至少携带1个多效抗病基因,其中携带 Lr34的有23份,携带 Sr2的有12份,携带 Lr46的有138份,携带 Lr67的仅有对照品种;有8份材料携带2个基因,分别是郑麦9023、西农1376、德抗961、Pavon76、TX03A0148、lasen、MV LAURA和Mason/Jagger;仅有Aca 801携带3个基因。

| Abstract: | Rusts and powdery mildew of wheat are the most devastating diseases in wheat production. There are four pleiotropic disease resistance genes found in wheat so far, including Lr34/Yr18/Pm38/Sr57, Lr27/Yr30/Sr2, Lr46/Yr29/Pm39/Sr58 and Lr67/Yr46/Pm46/Sr55. However, these genes are not widely utilized in China. To clarify the utilization of the four pleiotropic disease resistance gene for wheat breeding, we detected the four genes with molecular markers in 367 wheat lines collected all over the world. Among the tested wheat lines, 174 lines carry one gene, including 23 lines carrying Lr34, 12 lines carrying Sr2, 138 lines carrying Lr46, and only the control line carrying Lr67; eight lines carry two genes, including Zhengmai 9023, Xinong 1376, Dekang 961, Pavon76, TX03A0148, lasen, MV LAURA and Mason/Jagger; only Aca 801 carries three genes. |
