N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖对高粱种子萌发的影响

摘    要:用氯乙酸在碱性条件下对壳聚糖进行化学改性,制备水溶性衍生物N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖,用不同浓度羧甲基壳聚糖处理高粱种子,结果发现0.3%羧甲基壳聚糖可显著提高高粱种子的发芽率。

Effect of N,O-carboxymethyl-chitosan on Germination of Sorghum Seeds

Abstract:The chitosan was modified chemically with chloroacetic acid in alkali solution for preparing water soluble derivate N,O-carboxymethyl-chitosan and then the sorghum seeds were processed with carboxymethyl-chitosan with different concn.It was found from the results that 0.3% carboxymethyl-chitosan could enhance the germination rate of sorghum seeds.
