带式摩擦分选大豆的试验分析

摘    要:大豆精选后有利于提高大豆市场竞争力、促进对外贸易。实现大豆精选机械化能够减轻人的劳动强度,降低大豆生产成本。进行分选优质饱满大豆与虫伤大豆的单因素试验,分析了回转带水平倾角、线速度和落料点高度对试验指标的影响,然后运用二次通用旋转组合试验设计,建立了试验因素与试验指标间的数学模型。试验分析结果为试验装置进一步研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:With the experimental equipment of rotating belt,intensive sorting experiments on soybean were carried out with one-factor experimental design,and the effect of horizontal plane obliquity,velocity and material drop height on sorting criteria was analyzed.With the application of generalized gyrating regression experimental design with 2-factor and quadratic method, the mathematic model between factor and sorting criteria was developed.
