草莓叶柄组织培养再生研究

摘    要:以草莓品种晶瑶为试材,研究了不同激素浓度和配比对叶柄的诱导愈伤组织、分化出芽的影响以及叶柄材料不同部位对不定芽再生的影响,建立了草莓叶柄的离体再生体系。结果表明,叶柄在MS+TDZ1.5mg/L+IBA0.3mg/L的诱导培养基上出愈率可达到78.2%,且愈伤组织状态较好;该愈伤组织在分化培养基MS+NAA0.2mg/L+BA1.0mg/L上的不定芽分化率可达到21.25%,并且叶柄的植物学下端部位利于不定芽的再生。

Abstract:In this paper,strawberry were investigated for factors affecting the regeneration of adventitious bud.We established the plant regeneration of strawberry with petiole.The results showed that the optimum callus inducing medium of the petioles was MS+TDZ 1.5 mg/L+IBA 0.3 mg/L and callus induction rate was 78.2%.The optimum bud differentiation medium was MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L+ BA 1.0 mg/L and the adventitious bud differentiation rate was 21.25%.The lower part of the petiole was good for the regeneration of adventitious buds.
