摘    要:为了筛选出适宜河南地区种植的朝天椒品种,以12个朝天椒品种为试材,对其植物学性状、抗病性、辣椒素含量和产量进行了比较。试验结果表明,川田千斤、红焰五号、尚椒536、天丽243、许神玫5个品种综合表现优于对照DM-6,植株生长健壮,抗病性强,辣椒素含量较高,产量高。另外,尚椒536、大众910的辣椒素含量很高,在3.0 mg/g以上,比较适合作加工型辣椒品种。

Abstract:In order to screen out pod pepper cultivars suiting for planting in Henan area, 12 pod pepper cultivars were used as the test materials and their botanical characters, disease resistance, capsaicin content and yield were compared. The results showed that the comprehensive performance of Chuantianqianjin, Hongyan No.5, Shangjiao 536, Tianli 243 and Xushenmei were better than the control cultivar, and they had strong growth vigor, strong disease resistance, high capsaicin content and high yield. In addition, Shangjiao 536 and Dazhong 910 had high capsaicin content (≥3.0 mg/g) which were suitable processing pepper cultivars.
