生姜新品种引进与比较试验

摘    要:为促进内江生姜产业的发展,分别从外地引进乐山白姜、乐山黄姜、湖南无丝姜、台湾大白姜4个生姜品种,以内江本地永福生姜作为对照,从植株性状、根茎性状、产量、品质特征4个方面进行品比试验。结果表明,同永福生姜相比,台湾大白姜植株长势极强、产量高、根茎大且单层排列,姜块肥大质脆,辛辣味适宜,适合进一步扩大试种;乐山黄姜、湖南无丝姜与永福生姜产量无显著差异,根茎形状呈扇形,表现较好,姜块较肥大,质脆;乐山黄姜植株长势强,湖南无丝姜辛辣味更好,2个品种适合进一步留种观察;乐山白姜虽然产量高,植株长势极强,但姜块小、数量多,难以满足市场需求,不适宜进行下一步试种。

Abstract:In order to promote the development of ginger industry in Neijiang, 4 ginger cultivars, including Leshan White GInger, Leshan Yellow Ginger, Hunan Silk-free Ginger and Taiwan Great White Ginger, were introduced from other places. Using Yongfu ginger as the control cultivar, the test was carried out and the plant characters, root characters, yield and quality characters of these 5 ginger cultivars were compared. The results showed that, compared with Yongfu Ginger, Taiwan Great white Ginger had strong growth vigor, high yield, large rhizomes with single layer arrangement, overgrowth and crisp ginger piece, good biting taste, which was suitable for further test. There was no significant difference in yield among Leshan Yellow Ginger, Hunan Silk-free Ginger and Yongfu Ginger, and they had fan-shaped root-stock, good performance, overgrowth and crisp ginger piece. Leshan Yellow Ginger had strong growth vigor, and Hunan Silk-free Ginger had a better pungent flavor, which were suitable for further test. Although Leshan White Ginger had high yield and strong growth vigor, considering it had small and large number of ginger piece, which was difficult to meet the market demand, it was not suitable for further test.
