| 摘 要： | 分别采用砂纸打磨、１０％硫酸溶液浸泡３０ｍｉｎ、１０％氢氧化钠溶液浸泡３０ｍｉｎ、饱和氢氧化钠溶液浸泡１５ｍｉｎ和９８．０６％溶液浸泡１５ｍｉｎ处理直立型扁蓿豆种子，结果表明以砂纸打磨处理的效果最好，发芽率比对照高１８．６％，发芽势高２８３．９％。 |

| Abstract: | Germination or Melilotoides ruthenicus seed rubbed with empry paper and soaleedwith l0%H2SO4(30min),10%NaOH (30min),saturated NaOH(15min)and with 98%H2SO4(15min)was tested.The rubing treatment gave the highest germination ,and germination energywith an increase valume of l8.6%and 283.9%resp.as compared with coutrol group. |
