茶叶烘干机干燥数学模型的建立 Ⅰ.烘青绿茶揉捻叶薄层干燥数学模型

摘    要:把绿茶揉捻叶视作一种各向同性的均质多孔介质,应用Fick第二扩散定律,建立了绿茶揉捻叶的薄层干燥数学模型。对于在一定的干燥条件下(叶层厚2—4厘米,热空气温度60—130℃),模型的预测值与实验值之间的标准偏差(σ_n)小于0.028142,根据恒温干燥实验数据由模型确定了揉捻叶的水分扩散系数为1.O×10~(-8)-8.0×10~(-8)米~2/分。

Mathematical Model of Drying for Tea Dryer I.A Mathematical Model for Describing Thin-Layer Drying of Rolled Tea Leaves
Abstract:Assuming rolled tea leaves for green tea is a kind of porous medium that is as a continuum and isotropic body, a thin-layer drying model for predicting moisture-time characteristics of rolled tea leaves has been developed in the paper based on the Fick's second diffusion law. Maximum mean square deviation between the experimental and predicted moisture contents is less than 0.O28142. Based on the experimental data from an oven with constant temperature, the moisture diffusivity of rolled tea leaves is calculated under the various conditions (Thickness of thin-layer: 2—4 cm; Hot air temperature:60—130℃) as well.
