SOD与葡萄抗寒力的关系

摘    要:本实验表明,超氧物歧化酶(SOD)普遍存在于葡萄中.供试材料的SOD同工酶酶谱类型基本相同。在田间栽培条件下,7月中旬气温最高时,供试材料SOD同工酶谱带最少,各个种、品种间SOD同工酶谱带数差异甚微.随着日照对数缩短,气温降低,葡萄进入越冬前准备时期,供试材料的SOD同工酶谱带数均明显增加。抗寒力强的种和品种,SOD同工酶谱带数增加的多,SOD同工酶活性也强.嫁接苗SOD同工酶谱带数变化符合上述趋势,而且嫁接苗SOD同工酶谱带数增加情况与砧木自根苗相同,而与嫁穗自根苗不同。砧木自根苗抗寒力比接穗自根苗抗寒力强,砧木对嫁接苗抗寒力的影响也表现在SOD同工酶上.上述结果表明,SOD与葡萄抗寒力有密切关系,入冬前SOD同工酶谱带数增加和酶活性增强是对逐渐降低的温度的反应。

Abstract:SOD exist commonly in grapes was indicated by this experiment. The SOD isoenzyme graphes of the tested materials were the same in the main. In the conditions of the field culture, at the highest temperature in middle July, the number of the isoenzyme of the tested materials were least and it was very little on the difference in the number of the isoenzyme between various species and varieties of grapes. With shortening of the hours of sunlight the temperature decreased, the grapes entered into the preparatory stage before it would go over winter, the number of the isoenzyme increased signiificantly. The more hardiness the species and varietes had, the more number and activity of the isoenzyme would increase. The variation of the numbers of the isoenzyme in the graft seedling agreed with the tendency mentioned above, and the numbers of the isoenzyme in the graft seedling were the same with the stock self-root seedlings, but different with the scion self-root seedlings, The effect of the stock on the hardiness of the graft seedling was also displayed in the SOD isoenzyme.
