摘    要:以中国扁茎大豆和黑农26为试材,于R1、R3、R5、R6期分别对其根、茎、叶和荚果进行光镜与电镜观察,结果表明:1.扁茎大豆和黑农26品种的根、茎、叶和荚果解剖结构组成成份无明显差异。2.由于茎的扁化,其内部结构发生相应的变化,突出的是维管柬数目较正常明显增多。3.扁茎大豆荚果也与黑农26一样,具有完整的光合作用系统。

Abstract:Chinese fascinated soybean and soybean cultivar Heinong 26 were used as material in this research. The anatomical observations of root, stem, leaf and pod were carried out with light microscope and electrical microscope in R 1, R 3, R 5 and R 6 stages. The results show that: (1) there are little difference in anatomical structure of root, stem, leaf and pod among them,(2) inner structure is changed in Chinese fascinated soybean because of the stem is fascinated and number of rascular bundle increase as compared with than of normal soybean,(3) Chinese fascinated soybean possess perfect photosynthetic system in pod, which is as same as that in Heinong 26.
