甜菊数量性状变异及与产量关系

摘    要:本文对甜菊14个重要数量性状变异及不同密度对变异的影响进行了研究,结果表明同一性状变异趋势类同。稳定性状有移栽前叶对数、节数及收获时株高、节数和叶长;不稳定性状有分枝数、干、鲜茎及干、鲜叶产量。性状相关测定结果,与产量密切相关的性状有单株干叶重、鲜叶重、鲜茎重和干茎重,其次是茎粗和分枝数,再次是移栽前株高

Abstract:The variation of 14 important quantity character of SteVia rebaudianaand the influence of different density on the variation was studiedin this paper.The result indicated the variation tended to appear similar in the samecharacter.Some of the characters were more stable,namely the pairedleaf numbers,number of nods before transplanting,transplanting and plantheight,number of nods,length of leaf at harvest time,Some of thecharacter were not.stable,namely the number of branch and the yieldof dry,fresh culm,leaf.The result of the analysis for character correlation was shown thatsome characters,closely related to yield,first of all were dry leafweight,fresh leaf weight,fresh culm weight,dry culm weight perplant,then,culm width,number of branch,and the third,plant height,number of nod,paired leaf number before transplanting.The result of multi regression of each character and yield was analysed.The dry leaf weight,fresh culm weight and dry culm weight perplant were the biggest component of yield.The result oF by-step,regression statisties;The dry leaf weight per plant had the maximum influence on the yieldper unit area.The best equation was y=0.442+8.89X.This paper hasprovided the scientific basis of high yield cultivation and breeding forStevia rebaudiana B.
