| 摘 要： | 本文叙述用HPLC梯度洗脱分离中国肚倍、角倍的倍子单宁及试剂单宁酸中的倍酸、二倍酸和三倍酸的方法,试验结果发现,两种倍子单宁的组成有明显差异。

| Abstract: | Methods of separation and determination of chemical components of Chinese gallotannins from angular and belly galls and of gallic, digallic and trigallic acids contained in tannic acids of reagent and commercial grades by HPLC with a gradient elution are described. Experimental results indicate that the chemical compositions of the two types of gallotannins are quite different. |
