摘    要:设计了一种适于液体原料超临界CO2萃取的装置,很好地解决了液体原料萃取时原料的倒流、萃取釜的清洗及原料的准确计量问题,并且大大加强了CO2穿透液体原料的能力及在原料中的均匀分布,提高了萃取效率,缩短了萃取时间,因此能更好地保存生物资源中有效成分的活性。

Abstract:A device used for liquid material extraction by supercritical carbon dioxide was designed. The device can solve the problems existing in liquid material supercritical CO 2 extraction, which are liquid material backflow, difficulty of extraction container cleaning and accurately weighing of material. Supercritical CO 2 can be forced into and evenly distributed in liquid material, which leads to high extraction efficiency and short extraction time. The extraction system has a more effect on compositions extracting and a better quality retention of biological material activities.
