| 摘 要： | 以橡胶树杂交群体为材料,来寻找适合于研究橡胶树的AFLP技术体系的建立,优化是在多方面原因的,在众多关键因素的影响中,其中优化的关键前提为质量较高的基因组DNA。本实验采取CTAB改良法提取DNA为橡胶树的AFL,P技术后续工作顺利开展打下基础。

| Abstract: | Rubber tree hybridization groups as the material,to find suitable for the study of rubber tree AFLP technology system establishment, optimization is in many reasons,in many of the key factors,which optimizes the key premise for high quality genomic DNA.This experiment takes CTAB modified method for extraction of DNA rubber tree AFLP technology to lay a foundation for follow-up work is carried out smoothly. |
