摘    要:
[目的]测定五倍子黄连提取物抑菌活性。[方法]采用琼脂稀释法进行体外抑菌活性探究。[结果]五倍子黄连提取物对口腔常见细菌的最低抑菌浓度为0.10~0.40mg/ml。[结论]五倍子黄连提取物对口腔常见细菌具有显著的抑制作用。

Abstract:
[Objective]The purpose was to study the minimum inhibitory concentrations of the extract of Chinese gall and Coptidis rhizoma.[Method]Agar-dilution method was used to determine extract's anti-bacterial activity in vitro.[Result] The results indicated that the range of the MIC was from 0.10 to 0.40 mg/ml.[Conclusion]The extract of Chinese gall and Coptidis rhizoma has an obvious anti-bacterial activity.
