| 摘 要： | 利用水稻香味基因Badh2第2外显子和第7外显子特异的分子标记筛选了河南沿黄稻区208份粳稻种质资源,从中筛选出15份含有香味基因的种质材料,其中Badh2基因第2外显子突变类型12份,第7外显子突变类型3份。在河南沿黄稻区光周期条件下,这15份种质材料的开花日期从7月下旬至9月上旬不等,全生育期115~170 d。

| Abstract: | Two hundred and eight rice germplasms from regions alongside the Huanghe River in Henan province were screened and 15 were found containing the fragrance gene Badh2.Of the 15 fragrance rice germplasms,12 were exon 2 mutant type and 3 were exon 7 mutant type.Under photo-period condition alongside Huanghe River in Henan,the flowering time of the 15 fragrance rice germplasms varied from late in July to early in September. |
