丙酮肟酸催化水解制备羟胺的研究

摘    要:以固体酸为催化剂,考察了不同固体酸对丙酮肟的催化效果,优化选出了催化效率最佳的固体酸(氨基磺酸)。进一步考察了氨基磺酸的用量、反应温度及反应时间对丙酮肟水解的影响。结果表明,当氨基磺酸与丙酮肟的摩尔比为0.75∶1时,反应温度为室温25℃,反应1 h,加水量为30~50 m L时,丙酮肟的转化率在40%以上,丙酮的选择性大于93%,羟胺的选择性达到95%。

Abstract:In the present study,the effects of different solid acid catalysts on the hydrolysis of acetone oxime were firstly studied,and the optimal aminosulfonic acid was selected.Then,various experimental conditions such as catalyst dosage,reaction temperature and time were investigated comprehensively.The results showed that the optimal ratio of solid acid to acetone oxime is 0.75∶ 1,and the appropriate reaction temperature is 25 ℃ with reaction time of 1 hour.When the added water content is 30 ~50 mL,the conversion rate of acetone oxime reached above 40%,and the selectivity of hydroxylamine and acetone reached more than 93% and 95%,respectively.
