经营森林理念及其在吉林省的应用研究

本文提出了经营森林理念,并阐述了在市场经济条件下经营森林的内涵及与传统的森林经营的区别;分析、总结了经营森林理念在吉林省实施“三大区域战略”,即东部“大森林”、中部“大粮仓”、西部“大草原”的应用实践与经验;吉林林业走的是生态建设产业化、产业发展生态化的道路,探索出了生态与经济协调发展、经济与生态双重产出的符合吉林省林情的发展模式。

The idea of forest management and its application in Jilin Province, China

This paper introduces the idea of forest management,expatiates the differences between their connotation in nowadays and tradition,and then makes an analysis on its applied instances in the Three Districts Strategy of Jilin Province of China,namely actualizing a plan of vast forest in the eastern,big granary in the middle and extensive grassland in the west.The experiences teaches us that making ecological development to industrialization and industrial development towards ecologe is the path to success.A mode for promoting harmonious development of ecology and economy has been sought based on the actualities in our province.Finally,it concluded that the idea of forest management is the developing idea according to the forest condition,which has the use for reference and directional meaning to the forestry development all over the country.
