建立了生姜中涕灭威、涕灭威砜和涕灭威亚砜残留量检测的固相萃取—高效液相色谱分析方法。样本采用乙腈提取,经C18固相萃取柱净化,浓缩定容后用HPLC-FLD检测分析,外标法定量。结果表明:该方法在0.02~8.0 mg/L标准曲线线性良好,相关系数均达到0.999以上,样本添加水平为2.0×10-2、4.0×10-2mg/kg时,回收率为80.25%~102.85%,相对标准偏差为3.64%~8.67%,方法检出限均低于2.5×10-3mg/kg。该方法具有准确度高及净化效果好等特点,能很好地满足实际样本残留分析要求。  相似文献

Summary The incidence ofVerticillium dahliae andColletotrichum coccodes was studied in a crop rotation experiment on sandy soil from 1983 to 1986. Early in the growing season the percentage of stems infected byV. dahliae increased with increasing cropping frequency of potato, depending on the cropping sequence, and decreased with the application of granular nematicides. However, later in the growing season the initial differences decreased.C. coccodes infections of stems were not affected by these factors. The percentage of plants infected byV. dahliae closely correlated with the percentage of plants with wilt symptoms but this relationship was absent forC. coccodes. Early in the growing season, the more vigorous the plants, the greater the level ofV. dahliae infection. Soil infestation withV. dahliae increased with increasing cropping frequency of potato but was not affected by annual applications of granular nematicides.  相似文献

Summary The incidence ofRhizoctonia solani in potato was studied in two crop rotation experiments from 1981 to 1985 inclusive. The greater the frequency of potato cropping, the more severe the attack on stems and stolons byR. solani. Severity of black scurf on progeny tubers and cropping frequency were also correlated, but less significantly. In fields with antagonists toR. solani, continuous potato cropping caused less black scurf on tubers than did 1∶2 rotations. Application of the nematicides oxamyl, ethoprofos and aldicarb resulted in a marked increase inR. solani infection of stems and stolons.
Zusammenfassung In zwei Fruchtfolgeexperimenten wurde von 1979 bis 1985 das Vorkommen vonRhizoctonia solani an Kartoffeln untersucht. In Experiment 1 wurde auf sandigem Boden ein kontinuierlicher Kartoffelanbau (P) mit folgenden Fruchtfolgen verglichen: Mais-Kartoffeln (MP), Zuckerrübe-Kartoffeln (SP) und Mais-Zuckerrübe-Gerste-Gerste-Kartoffeln. (MSBBP). In Experiment 2 wurde auf Lehmboden ein kontinuierlicher Kartoffelanbau (P) mit den Fruchtfolgen Weizen-Kartoffeln (WP), Zuckerrübe-Kartoffeln (SP) und Weizen-Zuckerrübe-Hafer-Kartoffeln (WSOP) verglichen. In beiden Versuchen steigerte sich der Stengel- und Stolonenbefall mit zunehmender H?ufigkeit des Kartoffelanbaus (Tabellen 1 und 2). Es ergaben sich jedoch keine deutlichen Unterschiede imRhizoctonia-Befall der Tochterknollen bei einem Vergleich von kontinuierlichem Anbau und dem 1∶2 Fruchtfolgen mit Kartoffeln, w?hrendRhizoctonia weniger h?ufig in den Fruchtfolgen MSBBP und WSOP vorkam (Tabellen 3 und 4). Der HyperparasitVerticillium biguttatum kam im Experiment 1 (Abb. 1) besonders in den kurzen Fruchtfolgen P, MP und SP (Tabelle 5) vor, er konnte jedoch nicht den Stengel- und Stolonenbefall mitR. solani verhindern. Bodendesinfektion mit granulierten Nematiziden (Oxamyl, Ethoprofos und Aldicarb) erh?hte den Stengel- und Stolonenbefall mitR. solani betr?chtlich (Tabellen 1 und 2), diese Chemikalien hatten aber eine nur begrenzte Wirkung aufRhizoctonia an Tochterknollen (Tabellen 3 und 4). Der Mechanismus, der die positive Wirkung der Nematizide aufR. solani verursacht, ist nicht bekannt und erfordert eine detailiertere Untersuchung.

Résumé La fréquence deRhizoctonia solani sur pomme de terre a été étudiée dans deux essais de rotations culturales de 1979 à 1985. Dans le premier essai, conduit en sol sableux, la culture continue de pomme de terre (P) a été comparée aux rotations suivantes: ma?s — pomme de terre (MP); betterave sucrière — pomme de terre (SP); et ma?s — betterave sucrière — orge — orge — pomme de terre (MSBBP). Dans le second essai implanté en sol argileux, la culture continue de pomme de terre (P) a été comparée aux rotations: blé — pomme de terre (WP); betterave sucrière — pomme de terre (SP); et blé — betterave sucrière — avoine — pomme de terre (WSOP). Dans les deux essais, le niveau des attaques sur tiges et sur stolons croit avec la fréquence de la culture de pomme de terre (tableaux 1 et 2). Toutefois, il n'y a pas de différence évidente sur l'état sanitaire de la descendance (sclérotes sur tubercules fils) entre la culture continue et la rotation alternée; cependant, il se forme moins de sclérotes sur les tubercules dans les rotations MSBBP et WSOP (tableaux 3 et 4). L'hyperparasite,Verticillium biguttatum, s'est manifesté dans l'essai 1 (fig. 1), principalement dans les rotations courtes P, MP et SP (tableau 5) mais pas de fa?on suffisante pour empêcher les attaques deR. solani sur tiges et stolons. Le traitement du sol à l'aide de nématicides granulés (oxamyl, ethoprofos et aldicarb), augmente fortement les attaques deR. solani sur tiges et stolons (tableaux 1 et 2), mais ces traitements chimiques n'ont qu'une influence minime sur l'état sanitaire de la descendance (tableaux 3 et 4). Le mécanisme qui conduit à la stimulation deR. solani par ces nématicides n'est pas clairement expliqué et nécessite des recherches détaillées supplémentaires.

A total of 31 genera and 28 species of plant and soil nematodes were identified from 30 commercial fields each of barley and wheat on Prince Edward Island. Root-lesion nematodes, primarily Pratylenchus penetrans, were the dominant plant parasites, and the only endoparasitic nematodes recovered from roots. Root-lesion nematodes were the dominant genus in soil, but stunt nematodes (Tylenchorhynchus spp., primarily T. dubius, and Merlinius spp.), and pin nematodes (Paratylenchus spp.) were also recovered frequently. Common root rot, barley net blotch, and wheat leaf blotch, incited by Cochliobolus sativus, Pyrenophora teres, and Leptosphaeria nodorum, respectively, were prevalent in barley and wheat. The nematicide aldicarb reduced the numbers of root-lesion nematodes in roots and soil in experimental plots during 1984–1987, except from soil in wheat and barley in 1984 and in barley in 1986. Aldicarb treatments also increased grain yields significantly by 10% and 19% in 1984 and 1987, respectively. Aldicarb treatments did not affect the incidence of common root rot, barley net blotch, or wheat leaf blotch disease. Correlation and regression analyses of data from experimental plots did not indicate any significant relationships between population levels of root-lesion nematodes in roots or soil and severity of root or foliar diseases in barley or wheat.  相似文献

用改进的Ellman方法测定了河北省昌黎、涿州、卢龙和抚宁四个不同地理种群甘薯茎线虫Ditylenchus destructor的乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)的生化特性及其对抑制剂涕灭威和毒扁豆碱的敏感性差异。结果表明:甘薯茎线虫AChE至少存在两种类型,一种类型对毒扁豆碱的IC50值小于10^-6mol/L,另一种类型大于10^-4mol/L。当抑制剂毒扁豆碱浓度为10^-6~10^10mol/L、涕灭威浓度为10^-5~10^10mol/L时,甘薯茎线虫昌黎种群AChE的敏感性抑制率明显高于涿州、抚宁、卢龙三地的甘薯茎线虫种群AChE的抑制率。各地种群AChE对抑制剂敏感性差异是由于甘薯茎线虫AChE的多态性和各分子型综合性改变的结果。  相似文献

The oxidative metabolism of aldicarb (ALD), a carbamate pesticide, and fenbendazole (FBZ), an anthelmintic, was studied using cultured hepatocytes obtained from 4 goats and a bullock and incubated with ALD (50 mol/L) and FBZ (10 mol/L). The parent compounds and the metabolites were measured by HPLC. Both compounds are metabolized at the sulphur atom via two sequential oxidations, first to the sulphoxide (aldicarb sulphoxide and oxfendazole, respectively) and then to the sulphone. Oxfendazole and fenbendazole sulphone from FBZ, and aldicarb sulphoxide from ALD were found in both species. Aldicarb sulphone was not produced by the hepatocyte preparations from the bullock. The infection process ofRhizoctonia solani AG-3 was studied on potato sprouts, cv. Bintje, in growth chamber trials at 15 °C. Initially hyphae ofR. solani grew predominantly in the longitudinal direction of the sprouts (runner hyphae). They tended to follow the junctions between epidermis cells as was observed by SEM. The hyphae formed side-branches mainly half-way of the subterranean parts of the sprouts. They branched several times with short swollen cells to form infection cushions. Lesions developed only underneath the infection cushions and were first observed five days after inoculation. The necrotic area was proportional to the area covered with infection cushions on the sprouts. Depth of the lesions could extend up to the vascular bundle. Sprouts were colonized only in healthy tissue in the epidermal layer underneath the infection cushion and in necrotic tissue. A few days after appearance of the lesions,R. solani formed brown, uninfective mycelium on and in the circumference of these lesions.Aldicarb did not influence any part of the infection process. Ethoprophos delayed the emergence of sprouts, but increased the number of sprouts per tuber. As soon as sprouts had emerged, growth was considerably promoted by ethoprophos. Ethoprophos delayed the appearance of lesions and reduced their size. Oxamyl showed the same effects to a smaller extent.As the size of lesions appears to be proportional to the size of the infection cushions, any agents that change the size of the infection cushions, such as pesticides or antagonists, may alter the severity of the disease.Samenvatting Het infectieproces vanRhizoctonia solani AG-3 werd bestudeerd op aardappelspruiten, cv. Bintje, in een klimaatcel bij 15C. Aanvankelijk groeide de schimmel met runnerhyfen voornamelijk in de lengterichting van de spruit. Via SEM kon waargenomen worden, dat de hyfen hierbij vooral over de begrenzingen van de epidermiscellen groeiden. Het mycelium vormde veel zijvertakkingen, bestaande uit iets gezwollen korte cellen, welke voornamelijk halverwege op het ondergrondse deel van de spruit gevormd werden. Een dichte massa van deze cellen vormde een infectiekussentje. Lesies, welke vanaf vijf dagen na inoculatie werden waargenomen, bevonden zich slechts onder spruitoppervlak bezet met infectiekussentjes. De lesiegrootte was recht evenredig met het spruitoppervlak dat bezet was met infectiekussentjes. De diepte van de lesies reikte tot aan de vaatbundels. De spruit werd alleen door de schimmel gekoloniseerd in gezond epidermisweefsel onder het infectiekussentje en in necrotisch weefsel. Enkele dagen na verschijning van lesies vormde R.solani bruin, niet infectieus, mycelium op en rondom de lesies.Aldicarb had geen effect op het infectieproces. Ethoprophos vertraagde de opkomst en verhoogde het aantal tot ontwikkeling gekomen spruiten per knol in gestoomd zand. Direct na opkomst had ethoprophos echter een sterk groeistimulerend effect. Ethoprophos vertraagde de lesievorming en reduceerde de lesiegrootte, vergeleken met onbehandelde planten. Oxamyl vertoonde deze effecten in geringere mate.Daar de lesiegrootte direct gecorreleerd blijkt met de grootte van het infectiekussentje, mag verwacht worden dat elke beïnvloeding van de ontwikkeling van het mycelium van R.solani, bijvoorbeeld door pesticiden of antagonisten, een verandering van de lesiegrootte ten gevolge heeft.  相似文献

The inhibitory effect on the spread of viruses in lilies viz., tulip breaking virus (TBV; nonpersistently aphid-borne, potyvirus,) lily symptomless virus (LSV; non-persistently alphidborne, carlavirus), and lily virus X (LVX; potexvirus of unknown etiology), was studied of brands of mineral oil (Luxan oil H and Duphar-7E oil) and synthetic pyrethroid insecticides (l-cyhalothrin and deltamethrin), and a nematicide (aldicarb) in crops in which virus-infected plants were present as virus sources. The spread of TBV and LSV were controlled by sprays of mineral oil and insecticide, while that of LSV was also limited by the soil-applied nematicide. The spread of LVX was reduced by the insecticides and, not effectively by the mineral-oil spraying, by which data the mode of transmission may be presumed to be by an insect in the persistent or semi-persistent manner.Mixtures of mineral oil and pyrethroid were more effective in the reduction of spread of TBV and LSV than either components tested alone. The mineral oil was the most effective component in the mixtures in which pyrethroid added a slight extra effect. The addition of pyrethroid did not mask either the lower efficacy of the oil brand Duphar-7E oil, or the diminished inhibitory effect of low dosages of oil. The normal rate of mineral oil gave similar control to that of a mixture of mineral oil at half rate plus the pyrethroid at full dosage. Low rates of oil, or even synthetic pyrethroids alone may be used on cultivars which suffer of the loss of bulb weight by the use of normal or decreased rates of oil. Weekly sprays were more effective than fortnightly sprays. The rate of control by the weekly sprays ranged between 90 and 95% for Luxan oil H at half dosage plus the full rate of pyrethroid. Weekly sprayed synthetic pyrethroids alone onto the virus sources and the plants to be infected gave 60–70% control. The weight ratios tended to be slightly reduced if the half dosage of the efficient Luxan oil H was used. Factors which affect the control of the air-borne field spread of viruses by mineral oils and synthetic pyrethroid insecticides in lilies are discussed.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: The potential for enhanced degradation of the carbamoyloxime nematicides aldicarb and oxamyl and the organophosphate fosthiazate was investigated in 35 UK agricultural soils. Under laboratory conditions, soil samples received three successive applications of nematicide at 25 day intervals. RESULTS: The second and third applications of aldicarb were degraded at a faster rate than the first application in six of the 15 aldicarb‐treated soils, and a further three soils demonstrated rapid degradation of all three applications. High organic matter content and low pH had an inhibitory effect on the rate of aldicarb degradation. Rapid degradation was observed in nine out of the ten soils treated with oxamyl. In contrast, none of the fosthiazate‐treated soils demonstrated enhanced degradation. CONCLUSION: The potential for enhanced degradation of aldicarb and oxamyl was demonstrated in nine out of 15 and nine out of ten soils respectively that had previously been treated with these active substances. Degradation of fosthiazate occurred at a much slower rate, with no evidence of enhanced degradation. Fosthiazate may provide a useful alternative in cases where the efficacy of aldicarb and oxamyl has been reduced as a result of enhanced degradation.
