This paper reports two newly recorded species, lsohypsibius lunulatus Iharos, 1966 and lsohypsibiusprosostomus Thulin, 1928, of the genus lsohypsibius (Tardigrada; Hypsibiidae) from China. The specimens of lsohysibius lunulatus were collected from Taibai Mt (34°18′N, 107°42′E) at 2,500 m a.s.1, and those oflsohypsibius prosostomus from Taibai Mt (34°10′N, 107°35′E) at 2,000 m above sea level. All specimens are deposited at the College of Life Sciences, Shaanxi Normal University, China. A key to the Chinese species of lsohypsibius was also given. 相似文献

在河南省选取8个典型土壤剖面,对其进行景观特征、剖面形态学特征的描述及其理化性质的分析,并确定其在土壤系统分类(Chinese Soil Taxonomy)中的归属,结果表明,供试土壤归属于壤质混合型石灰性温性普通简育干润淋溶土、壤质混合型非酸性温性斑纹简育湿润淋溶土、黏壤质混合型温性斑纹钙积干润淋溶土、黏壤质混合型温性普通钙积干润淋溶土、壤质混合型石灰性温性普通简育湿润淋溶土和壤质混合型非酸性温性普通简育湿润淋溶土等6个土族;并在此土族基础上,根据土系划分规则和河南地区淋溶土诊断特征及构型特征,尝试提出"土系对比检索逻辑图"以阐述土系参比划分的逻辑过程。通过对比,可将8个典型土壤剖面划分为7个土系:汤阴系、汲水系、神沟系、尚庄系、侯集系、枣林系和尚店系。 相似文献

Sample populations of 157 Cannabis accessions of diverse geographic origin were surveyed for allozyme variation at 17 gene loci. The frequencies of 52 alleles were subjected to principal components analysis. A scatter plot revealed two major groups of accessions. The sativa gene pool includes fiber/seed landraces from Europe, Asia Minor, and Central Asia, and ruderal populations from Eastern Europe. The indica gene pool includes fiber/seed landraces from eastern Asia, narrow-leafleted drug strains from southern Asia, Africa, and Latin America, wide-leafleted drug strains from Afghanistan and Pakistan, and feral populations from India and Nepal. A third putative gene pool includes ruderal populations from Central Asia. None of the previous taxonomic concepts that were tested adequately circumscribe the sativa and indica gene pools. A polytypic concept of Cannabis is proposed, which recognizes three species, C. sativa, C. indica and C. ruderalis, and seven putative taxa. 相似文献

Mycoplasma mycoides subsp. mycoides Large Colony (LC) type is a pathogen of goats causing contagious agalactia and respiratory disease, found on all continents where small ruminants are kept. It shares close genetic characteristics with M. mycoides subsp. capri. Substrate oxidation by 22 strains of M. mycoides subsp. mycoides LC from nine countries was compared with that of eight strains of M. mycoides subsp. capri from five countries. There was considerable similarity in the substrates used, but substrate saturation coefficients (Ks) varied for different substrates. Substrate utilization patterns and Ks values did not (1) significantly differentiate the LC strains from each other, (2) show any correlation with geographical origin, or (3) distinguish the LC strains from the capri strains. These results support previous studies justifying the reclassification of these subspecies as a single species. 相似文献
