基于IEC61850继保设备通信网关设计

基于IEC61850的数字化变电站系统已成为主流,在现有的设备继续可靠,有效的使用的基础上,研究基于IEC61850的继电保护装置网关已经具备了基本的前提条件。为了将原有的保护系统的软件和硬件资源保留下来,同时还能实现信息资源的共享和不同厂商设备的互操作,可以通过网关的形式将原有设备接入IEC61850通信环境和系统,最终实现当前变电站中应用的诸多通信协议IEC61850标准的转换,通过MMS服务器与IEC61850环境中的其它设备通信。从资源节约与互操作的角度考虑,更有必要对基于IEC61850的继电保护设备的网关进行研究。     

化学分析实验室的质量管理特点与LIMS的运用

介绍了化学分析实验室的业务特点,对照GB/T 15481-2000 idt ISO/IEC 17025:1999标准《检测和校准实验室能力的通用要求》,指出了在不同环节中进行质量管理应注意的事项.评述了实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)应具备的功能层次和与环境检测实验室的业务相对应的功能模块.     

支持IEC61850的新型继电保护平台的研究

文章提出一种以PowerPC为核心,支持IEC61850协议的新型继电保护装置的设计方案。PowerPC选用Freescale公司的高性能嵌入式芯片MPC5200B,设计了CPU板的存储器部分、电源部分、通讯接口部分等。该装置采用模块化设计,主要由电源板、CPU板、模拟量采集板、开入量采集板、开出量采集板等模块组成,模块之间通过背板总线连接,提高了装置的可扩展性。     

Research on application of data model configuration for protection in smart substations

The IEC61850 standard and the existing bus protection data model are limited in the definition of data-model about dead-zone protection and charge protection for bus-tie. The paper analyzes the dead-zone protection and charge protection for bus-tie,and the data of input,output and setting based on the latest issued technical specifications intelligent substation. The data models of dead-zone protection and charge protection of bus-tie are developed for PCS915 bus protection. It improves the logic node modeling of bus protection and can provide useful information for the protection data-model configuration of intelligent substations.     

三唑锡的液相色谱分析方法

本文叙述了采用离子交换液相色谱法，以乙腈 甲醇 醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液作流动相测定三唑锡的含量，该方法标准偏差为0.3519。变异系数0.39%，平均回收率99.75%，方法线性关系良好，其相关系数为0.9997。     

Principle and Analysis of IEC61968

Distribution management utilizes the technique of electronics, computer, and automatics to supervise, control, or manage the distribution equipments and user equipments for improving the distribution management. Because the distribution management needs different systems of cooperation and realization of information sharing, realizing inter-application integration is difficult for electrical information system at present. On the background of distribution management system, through the analysis of the principle and character, feasibility of integration for disparate system, such as DMS, is discussed. The analysis results show that the information communication between disparate system, and the decoupling between interfaces and networks are realized by IEC61968. So it is feasible to integrate the disparate system by utilizing IEC61968.
