中外烤烟烟叶中挥发性香气物质的对比分析

以河南、湖南、云南、贵州、吉林与津巴布韦烤烟烟叶为材料,采用美国HP5890Ⅱ-5972气质联用仪定性、内标定量法对国内不同香气风格烤烟与津巴布韦烤烟烟叶中中性挥发性香气物质组成和含量进行了对比分析。结果表明:在所检测出的29种中性挥发性致香物质中,津巴布韦烤烟烟叶中12种香气物质含量最高,其中11种明显高于国内烟叶,如3,4-二甲基-2,5-呋喃二酮、2-乙酰基吡咯、巨豆三烯酮(A、B、C、D)、2-壬烯醛、螺岩兰草酮等,其烤烟烟叶质量和风格表现出显著的焦甜香气息,香气浓郁。国内河南、湖南等浓香风格烤烟内茄酮、糠醛、糠醇、乙酰基呋喃、2-乙酰基吡咯等西柏烷类降解产物和棕色化反应产物含量较高;云南等清香型烤烟中β-大马酮、二氢猕猴桃内酯和3-羟基-β-二氢大马酮等类胡萝卜素类降解产物含量较高。     

Cytotoxic and Antibacterial Cembranoids from a South China Sea Soft Coral,Lobophytum sp

Chemical examination of a South China Sea soft coral Lobophytum sp. led to the isolation of three new α-methylene-γ-lactone-containing cembranoids, (1R*,3R*,4R*,14R*,7E,11E)-3,4-epoxycembra-7,11,15(17)-trien-16,14-olide (1), (1R*,7S*,14S*,3E,11E)-7-hydroperoxycembra-3,8(19),11,15(17)-tetraen-16,14-olide (2), and (1R*,7S*,14S*,3E,11E)-18-acetoxy-7-hydroperoxycembra-3,8(19),11,15(17)-tetraen-16,14-olide (3), along with eleven known analogues 4–14. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated through extensive spectroscopic analysis, including 1D and 2D NMR data. Compounds 1–3 exhibited moderate cytotoxic activity against the selected tumor cell lines. Moreover, 2 and 3 were found to be moderate inhibitors against the bacteria S. aureus and S. pneumoniae.     

Three New Cembranoids from the Taiwanese Soft Coral Sarcophyton ehrenbergi

In order to search for new bioactive substances from marine organisms, we have investigated the acetone extracts of the soft coral Sarcophyton ehrenbergi collected at San-Hsian-Tai, Taitong County, Taiwan. Chromatographic fractionation of the extracts of the octocoral S. ehrenbergi led to the isolation of three new cembranoids, (+)-12-ethoxycarbonyl-11Z-sarcophine (1), ehrenbergol A and B (2 and 3). The structures of these isolated metabolites were elucidated through extensive spectroscopic analyses. Moreover, metabolites 1-3 were evaluated in vitro for their cytotoxicity towards selected cancer cell lines and antiviral activity against human cytomegalovirus (HCMV).     

An Improved Synthesis of 7, 8-Epoxy-1,3,11-cembratriene- 15R(α), 16-diol,a Cembranoid of Marine Origin with a Potent Cancer Chemopreventive Activity

An effective method for the synthesis of 7,8-epoxy-1,3,11-cembratriene- 15R(α),16-diol and its in vitro Epstein-Barr Virus Early Antigen (EBV-EA) Activation Chemopreventive Assay are reported. This semisynthetic product is a new cembranoid with a potent tumor inhibitory activity that is expected to be a lead compound for a new class of chemopreventive agents of marine origin.     

New Terpenes from the Egyptian Soft Coral Sarcophyton ehrenbergi

Chemical investigations of the Egyptian soft coral Sarcophyton ehrenbergi have led to the isolation of compounds 1–3 as well as the previously reported marine cembranoid diterpene sarcophine (4). Structures were elucidated by comprehensive NMR and HRMS experimentation. Isolated compounds were in vitro assayed for cytotoxic activity against human hepatocarcinoma (HepG2) and breast adenocarcinoma (MCF-7) cell lines.     

Tetrahydrofuran cembranoids from the cultured soft coral Lobophytum crassum

Three new cembranoids, culobophylins A-C (1-3), along with two known compounds (4 and 5) were isolated from the cultured soft coral Lobophytum crassum. The structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of their spectroscopic data and comparison of the NMR data with those of known analogues. Among these metabolites, 2 is rarely found in cembranoids possessing an isopropyl moiety with an epoxide group. Compound 1 exhibited significant cytotoxic activity against HL60 and DLD-1 cancer cell lines.
