Rectangular Cover System of Manifold Method and Its Auto Mesh Algorithm

In contrast to the finite element method, another form of numerical method which is based on the using of rectangular math covers in manifold method is proposed. In this method, the element data is not a necessary in the input data files and it can be incorporated with the CAD technology conveniently. The theory and application of the method are discussed and the auto mesh algorithm of the cover system is also given in this paper. The numerical examples indicate that the method and the algorithm are accurate and effective.     

大学生逃课现象的原因及对策分析

目前,高校大学生逃课现象十分普遍.本文从主、客观两方面对大学生逃课现象的原因进行了剖析,并从教育管理者的角度提出了若干对策建议.     

Isotype-specific antibodies in horses and dogs with immune-mediated hemolytic anemia

Classes of antibody bound to erythrocytes were determined using direct immunofluorescence (DIF) flow cytometry in 3 horses and 12 dogs with immune-mediated hemolytic anemia (IMHA). Background levels of antibody binding were determined in samples from 12 horses and 12 dogs that were free of clinical disease. The range of nonspecific binding of a fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)-conjugated goat anti-equine immunoglobulin G (IgG) was 19.9–36.7%, but was eliminated by the use of the F(ab)₂ fragment of FITC-conjugated goat anti-equine IgG. Background binding by other class-specific antibodies to equine and canine erythrocytes was negligible. The DIF results were compared to the direct antiglobulin (Coombs) test in 5 horses and 20 dogs with anemia. The former assay was more sensitive in dogs with IMHA than was the Coombs' test (100% versus 58%). In contrast, the Coombs' test had better specificity than the DIF assay (100% versus 87.5%, respectively). Using clinical parameters or response to therapy as the comparison, the positive and negative predictive values for the DIF test were 92% and 100% compared to the values of the Coombs' test of 100% and 62%. The DIF assay detected low levels of cells bound with antibody (<30%) in 5 dogs that were Coombs' test-negative. For both species, performance of the DIF test was independent of the prozone effect. Five dogs with IMHA had IgG and IgM on erythrocytes, 5 had IgG, and 2 had IgM. Three horses had surface-bound IgG, including a horse with suspected penicillin-induced IMHA, a foal with neonatal isoerythrolysis, and a foal with clostridial septicemia. The DIF method was valuable in monitoring the response to therapy in the foal with neonatal isoerythrolysis.

Function and value of water conservation in different age classes of Acacia mangium plantations

For this paper, we studied the water-holding capacity of canopy, vegetation layer under canopy and litter layer, the water-holding capacity and permeability of soil as well as their changes with growth of stands in Acacia mangium plantations of three different age classes (four-, seven-and 11-year-old). Results show that total water-holding above ground in the order of 11-year stand age (52.86 t/hm²)>seven-year stand age (41.90 t/hm²)>seven-year stand age (25.78 t/hm²), the increment tendency increased with stand age. Similar sequence also obtained on the water-holding capacity and permeation capacity of soil (0–40 cm). The total water-storage capacity both above ground and soil in four-year-old, seven-year-old and 11-year-old of A. mangium plantations were 2,023.0, 2,158.4 and 2,260.4 t/hm², respectively, and the all value of water conservation were 1,372.70, 1,474.42 and 1,549.91 yuan (RMB)/hm², respectively. Lipids and fatty acids in wild and pond-reared mud crab Scylla serrata (Forsskål) during ovarian maturation and spawning

Wild‐caught and pond‐reared female mud crab Scylla serrata at different stages of ovarian maturation were collected from Samar and Capiz, Philippines. Crabs were categorized into five stages according to the external morphological and microscopic appearance of the most advanced oocytes. The ovaries, hepatopancreas, muscle and newly spawned eggs (NSE) were analysed for lipid class components and fatty acids. Total lipid was higher in pond‐reared than in wild‐caught crabs but increased with ovarian maturation in both groups. Ovarian lipid peaked at the fully mature stage, coinciding with a decline in hepatopancreatic and muscle lipids. Lipid levels declined significantly in spent females. The tissues contained elevated highly unsaturated fatty acids such as arachidonic (20:4n‐6), eicosapentaenoic (20:5n‐3) and docosahexaenoic (22:6n‐3) acids, but at higher levels in late maturing and fully mature ovaries and in NSE. The type of lipid class and fatty acid components in mature ovaries as well as in NSE are generally considered to be indicative of their importance in reproductive physiology and embryonic and larval development.     

Incorporation and metabolism of (n-3) and (n-6) polyunsaturated fatty acids in phospholipid classes in cultured rainbow trout (Salmo gairdneri) cells

The incorporation and metabolism of various (n-3) and (n-6) polyunsaturated fatty acids supplemented to the culture medium was investigated in the rainbow trout cell line, RTG-2. The distribution, and the occurrence and relative extent of further desaturation and elongation of the incorporated acids was determined in individual phospholipid classes by analysis of the fatty acid compositions. RTG-2 cells exhibited Δ6 and Δ5 desaturase activities whereas Δ4 desaturase activity was almost totally absent. The percentage of precursor acids was greatest in the phosphatidic acid/cardiolipin fraction (PA/CL), suggesting a role for possibly PA in the initial incorporation of these acids into the phospholipid pool. The compositional data indicated that individual intermediates and products of the desaturation pathways were associated with specific phospholipid classes probably via mechanisms depending upon the specificities of the acylating enzymes. The composition of phosphatidylinositol (PI) and the tightly controlled mechanisms for generating/maintaining it are consistent with a role for this phospholipid in providing precursor fatty acid for eicosanoid synthesis.     

以QQ群为依托的“悦读班”创建构想

近年来,众多兴趣班在社会兴起,而对促进孩子阅读兴趣培养的阅读班却未见踪影。创建以QQ群为依托的"悦读班",有助于培养学生的阅读兴趣、形成阅读习惯,并能促进思想进步和结交朋友,也是促进全民阅读的有效途径。文章阐述了以QQ群为依托的"悦读班"创建的一些设想,并对"悦读班"QQ群的具体实现进行了初步构思。     

Influence of dietary protein levels on growth performance, carcass composition and liver lipid classes of juvenile Spinibarbus hollandi (Oshima)

A feeding trial was conducted to investigate the influence of dietary protein levels on growth performance, carcass proximate composition and liver lipid classes of juvenile Spinibarbus hollandi (Oshima), a cyprinid fish. White fish meal was the primary protein source in the study. Eight experimental diets containing 13–55% crude protein were fed to three replicate groups of six fish weighing nearly 8.5 g each for 10 weeks. Both percentage weight gain and feed efficiency ratio increased significantly with increasing dietary protein levels up to 31%, but there was no further increase for protein levels from 31% to 55%. Application of broken‐line regression analysis to the percentage weight gain provided an estimate of 32.7±1.5% dietary protein for maximum growth. The protein efficiency ratio and productive lipid value were inversely correlated with dietary protein level. The hepatosomatic index and the viscerosomatic index were also inversely related to dietary protein level. The carcass protein of fish fed lower protein diets was significantly lower than that of the fish fed higher protein diets. Carcass lipid content decreased with increasing dietary protein levels, whereas moisture was inversely related to lipid content. Both liver glycogen and liver lipid contents decreased with increasing dietary protein levels. Triglyceride was the major component in the liver lipid, and the amount of triglyceride deposited in the liver also decreased with dietary protein levels. The results indicated that both carcass proximate composition and liver lipid class of juvenile Spinibarbus hollandi were affected by dietary treatments.     

电子商务实验教学存在的问题与探讨

目前,高校教学中存在培养的电子商务人才供求错位,教学内容与社会的需求出现了严重脱节等问题。从电子商务专业实验教学中存在的问题入手,明确电子商务的教学定位,提出从模拟、设计、参与实际电子商务活动等三个层面逐步提高学生电子商务能力的方法,同时提出了研究导向教学方法,为学生毕业后从事电子商务研究与管理工作打下坚实的基础。
