砌石拱坝加高倍厚的三维接触仿真

对砌石拱坝的加高倍厚中新、老坝体结构面，用有限元软件ANSYS结合接触理论进行计算，并分析结果得出：温升、水压力和淤沙压力使结合面上的接触压力增大，从而接触摩擦应力较大，有利于结合面的结合，而结合面在温降的作用下有脱离的趋势。     

Full Aero-elastic Bridge Model Design of Long Span Arch Bridge

Aero-elastic model design is the precondition of full bridge aero-elastic model tunnel tests. The full aero-elastic bridge model design of long span arch bridge is discussed. The effect on the model design of different transverse rod space and bend stiff is analyzed in detail. Different scheme need to be designed according to the transverse rod stiff. Considering the changing section dimensional arches, the method of projecting the spatial arches to the plane arches, then designing the plane arches, at last projecting the plane arches to the spatial arches is proposed at first. The results show that the method is effective.     

Detecting Technology of Cabel Surface Defect Based on DSP and Image Recognition

The damage of bridge cable directly hazards the normal use of bridge and the safety of people. The paper discussed the signal acquisition and detection system which takes embedded DSP processor as core technology, combined with CCD, video decode chip, SDRAM, FLASH ROM, and established the fast measuring algorithm of the surface corrosion and damage, which includes deteminating the processing region, improving medium filter, sobel edge detection and dynamic threshold segment, close operation of morphology, computing defect area and saving. The experimental resuits show that this method implemented the real-time, non-contact and intelligence detecting of cable surface defect and gives the specifications of the system.     

小型闸涵尾水拱网消能试验研究

拱型网板（简称拱网）是设置在消力池里的辅助消能工，它具有良好的水力特性和消能效果，模型试验和原型观测结果表明，消力池中设置拱网可大大降低消力池的规模和工程费用。研究了影响拱网水力特性的几个参数和拱网的消能率。基于模型试验和原型观测结果，给出了确定网高和网距的经验公式。经几个工程应用结果表明，经验公式与实际是相符的。     

水工弧形闸门流激振动的改进简化力学模型

对弧形闸门危害性的流激振动进行振动控制，其中前提之一是对闸门模型做适当的简化。利用三维有限元方法计算的结构动力特性与简化结构动力特性相等的原则修正弧形闸门简化力学模型，并确定了等效的弧形闸门三维简化结构模型和系统参数。分析和计算表明，建立的简化三维力学模型较好地反映了弧形闸门结构的动力特性和随机脉动压力下的振动反应，可用于安装阻尼器的弧形闸门的智能控制设计。     

核果类果树遗传连锁图谱的研究进展

遗传连锁图谱构建是基因组研究中的重要环节,是基因定位与克隆乃至基因组结构与功能研究的基础。近20a来,分子生物学特别是分子标记技术的飞速发展为高饱和核果类遗传连锁图谱的构建和利用奠定了基础。目前国内外已经公布十几张核果类的遗传连锁图谱,但这些图谱均有不同的缺陷。因此,我们就核果类遗传连锁图谱的构建进展、性状的QTL定位及比较图谱应用进行了综述,并探讨了核果类遗传连锁图谱研究的前景和存在的问题。
