VLEs知识建构机制在高校人才培养中的研究

基于信息技术(ICT)的人才培养创新意识与实践能力的提升受到传统教学模式的制约,针对国内外目前已有信息技术ICT运用于传统的人才培养与教学模式中的不足之处,将ICT的前沿技术和综合运用形式——分布式协同虚拟学习环境VLEs的知识建构机制引入高校创新性人才培养中,在分布式协同VLEs的运用过程中参考HLA标准融入CSCW、DVR等技术,建立基于分布式协同VLEs的知识建构机制,在该知识建构机制基础上建立两种创新型高校人才培养应用模式:虚拟共享协作模式、自主学习模式,以期为ICT应用于高校创新性人才培养研究提出一些新的思路和决策参考。     

ICT服务首都“三农”概况及发展前景分析

信息化对推进农业现代化,建设社会主义新农村具有重要意义。通过文献资料研究,解析了ICT的内涵及其与农村信息化之间的联系,从北京农村信息化的社会运行环境、基础设施建设和综合信息服务体系全面阐述了北京ICT服务"三农"的基本情况,并在此基础上对ICT服务"三农"过程中存在的问题进行了深入分析,最后提出了北京ICT发展的几点建议。     

Promoting the Use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) for Agricultural Transformation in Sub-Saharan Africa: Implications for Policy

Information and communication technologies (ICTs) have the potential to reach many farmers with timely and accessible content. This article highlights the importance of ICTs in promoting agricultural transformation. It recommends the establishment of agricultural communication networks, which involve active participation of all stakeholders in agriculture and highlights the need for a participatory approach, the monitoring and evaluation of end users, and the integration of farmer knowledge and information needs into the content management system. Public institutions in agriculture should also be involved in developing a curriculum in ICTs for agricultural development and support ICT platforms to facilitate farmers’ access to quality agricultural information.     

High Speed Multi-channel Data Acquisition System and Storage System Based on PCI Bus

The paper first introduces principium and the developing actuality of data acquisition system about ICT.The authors then discuss PCI protocol and structure,function and work principle of the PCI bus controller S5933.Base on these,with the circuit design tools such as MAX+PLUSII,PROTEL 99SE and VHDL,etc.,the two types of high speed multi-channel data acquisition system based on PCI bus have been designed by using PASS-THRU channel and FIFO channel of S5933.     

新疆少数民族语言农业信息及服务系统现状分析

从基础设施、信息资源建设和软件服务体系等几个方面对农业信息化现状以及存在的问题进行了探讨,提出建设少数民族语言的农业信息资源库和相关服务体系的初步设想和建议。     

E-Readiness Among Male and Female Extension Officers in North-West Province,South Africa

E-readiness, as the inclination to benefit from information technology, among other digital facilitations, was examined among 169 extension officers selected through stratified random sampling. Data were collected by a structured, face-validated questionnaire. E-readiness of extension officers was operationalized as a composite score of awareness, availability, accessibility, competencies, and importance of information and communication technology (ICT) tools. Data obtained were analyzed using means and standard deviation. Multiple linear regression was used to isolate the determinants of e-readiness for both male and female extension officers. Significant determinants of e-readiness include living in the job area (t = 2.35, p <.05), means of mobility (2.72), educational level (1.68), number of farmers covered (1.93), working experience (1.80), and age (?2.53).     

基于工业CT的水泵叶轮体绘制法三维重建

在水泵叶轮的逆向工程中为了完成三维模型的重建,需要预先获取叶轮原型的全部内部结构信息.利用工业CT分别获取了2个典型的离心泵叶轮原型的367个高精度断层切片图像,编程实现了切片图像由裸数据RAW文件到BMP格式文件的转换.在VC＋＋6.0平台上,应用MFC,OpenGL,ADO,VTK等开发工具,通过断层图像预处理、二维图像处理等数字图像处理技术去除了图像的噪声并显著提高了图像清晰度.编程实现了基于叶轮断层图像序列的体绘制法三维重建,并能进行重建叶轮在任意方向上的实时检查.开发了具有多个数据输入输出接口的水泵叶轮逆向工程软件ReImpeller3D,为叶轮的数值模拟、有限元分析、快速成形、产品数字化加工制造以及产品再设计等提供了直接的几何模型支持.重建实例表明,应用体绘制法进行水泵叶轮的三维重建是可行的.     

Potentials of New Information and Communication Technologies （ICTs） in Agriculture Sector

There is a widespread belief that information and knowledge are vital for rural and agricultural development. Today, generation of new and various information and knowledge sources need new information and communication channels. New information and communication technologies can decrease poverty by promotion rural people access to education, health, government and financial services; overall, they can improve livelihood. The purpose of this study was to identify potentials of new information and communications technologies （ICTs） in agricultural and rural sector. Documentary research and literature review were used as research method. Findings revealed that the most applications for these ICTs in rural and agricultural sector were： E-trade of inputs and outputs, extension and training activities for rural dwellers, advertisement of rural tourism products, knowledge transfer from urban to rural and vice versa, official procedures and geographic information system （GIS） for management of natural resources.
