The Location Algorithm of QRS Waves Based on Fractal Box Dimensions Detection Methods

We research fractal characteristics of ECG signal, and find that it is logarithmic linear relationship between the boxes number covering signal and box scale. It is shown that ECG signal have some characteristics. Further more, we discover that fractal dimensions at QRS site are higher than others when using a time windows to detect signal. Based on this foundation, we raise a location algorithm of QRS waves which is based on fractal boxes dimension detection methods. The application results of this algorithm show that it can get rid of noise in ECG effectively with high speed, so this algorithm can be used in real time detection of ECG signal.     

Biodegradation of Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonate

The paper researches on the degradation of LAS (Linear Alkyl benzene Sulphonate) by combining AS1.860 immobilized with low intensity ultrasonic irradiation. The paper also discusses the influence of pH, rotary velocity, LAS concentration and the condition of low intensity ultrasonic irradiation on the degradation of LAS, the degradation rate of LAS is the main index of our experiment, the results of orthogonal test shows that low ultrasonic irradiation can increase the metabolizing of microorganism cells and facilitate the biodegradation of immobilized cells to LAS, here we research the degradation condition of 50mg/L LAS simulation wastewater with low ultrasonic irradiation, and the results show that the influence is obvious, the optimization degradation rate is about 83%, nine point five percent higher than that of the immobilized cells without ultrasonic irradiation.     

Biocompatibility of Acellular Porcine Dermis

In vitro cultured vascular endothelial cells (VEC) and mouse 3T3 fibroblasts (3T3) on the acellular dermal matrix , which were made of porcine skins. We made the cell proliferation test with MTT assay and the histological observation after cells were seeded on the acelluar dermis for 1 week with histological section. The cell growth curves showed VEC and 3T3 grew much rapidly on the acelluar dermis.The histological observation revealed VEC had formed a monolayer, some places even had formed 2 to 3 layer. The results suggest that the acelluar porcine dermal matrix have good biocompatibility , it will be widely applied.     

转基因黑杨的抗虫性测定与分析

对大田移植的转基因杨树的PCR分析表明：5个转Bt单基因杨树无性系(FB40、FB45、FB56、FB59、FB60)和4个转双价基因(Bt和CpTI)杨树无性系(D9、D18、D27、D32)均检测到了Bt基因特异片段。在检测的12个转基因杨树无性系中，ELISA结果表明，转双价基因杨树无性系中以D18的Bt杀虫蛋白表达量最高，Bt杀虫蛋白含量达6754ng／g鲜叶，约占植物可溶性蛋白的0．090％；在转Bt单基因杨树无性系中以FB51表达量最高，达6796ng／g鲜叶，占植物可溶性蛋白的0．036％。     

盐胁迫对植物影响的研究进展

盐分是影响植物生长和产量的一个重要环境因子,根据国内外最新的研究资料,从盐胁迫对植物的生长、水分关系、叶片解剖学、光和色素及蛋白、脂类、离子水平、抗氧化酶及抗氧化剂、氮素代谢、苹果酸盐代谢、叶绿体超微结构的影响,及影响光合作用的机制等方面入手,对植物盐胁迫研究现状及进展情况进行了综述,旨在为开展植物抗盐机理研究、选育培育耐盐植物新品种提供参考。     

Reserarch advance on mechanism of arsenic trioxide on tumor

The article demonstrates the relative concepts of apoptosis and summarizes the effect of arsenic trioxide to the carcinoma, its possible principle included. Recent development of the reports about arsenic trioxide-induced apoptosis is referred and reviewed. Apoptosis is a natural mechanism and a common physiological death of cell, and its abnormity has great effect on cancer. Arsenic trioxide can induce apoptosis in APL cell and other cancer cells, and has been used in treating the patient with other kinds of malignant cancers. The mechanisms of arsenic trioxide-induced apoptosis are gradually becoming a hotspot, but still not lucid. With intensive study of arsenic trioxide, it can be a useful ways in treating cancer patients in the future.     

混合表面活性剂分散纳米CeO2颗粒的协同效应

选用CTAB阳离子型和SDBS阴离子型分别与Tween80非离子型表面活性剂进行复配，通过Zeta电位、吸附等温线以及沉降性能测定，研究了混合表面活性剂对水相介质中纳米CeO2颗粒分散稳定性能影响的协同效应。结果表明：不同混合表面活性剂体系中纳米CeO2颗粒表现出不同的表面电性，从而影响其分散稳定行为；纳米CeO2颗粒对两种混合表面活性剂均有良好的吸附性能，但其吸附等温线形式有所不同；碱性条件下，混合表面活性剂能显著改善纳米CeO2颗粒的分散稳定性，其中SDBS与Tween 80的协同作用更为明显。     

蚯蚓纤溶酶组分及其基因的多态性

生化制备证明,蚯蚓纤溶酶为一组含有10个以上同工酶组分的混合酶。为了研究这些组分的DNA和蛋白质序列的异同,本文通过对数据库中已报道的28条蚯蚓纤溶酶基因按相似性进行归类,将它们分为4组（基因型）。同一组中的序列具有共同特征,即保守的N-末端、C-末端和相同的结构域,而且这些结构域在序列中分布的位置也相同;但它们之间在中间部分存在明显差异,这些差异说明了基因型中存在多态性。这种多态性可能是它们在体内溶栓的药理药效作用存在差异的结构基础。     

东方蝾螈、太行隆肛蛙、丽纹龙蜥心脏的比较组织学研究

采用H．E．染色、显微镜观察法对东方蝾螈、太行隆肛蛙、丽纹龙蜥的心脏进行研究．结果显示：东方蝾螈、太行隆肛蛙心脏结构基本相同,丽纹龙蜥的心脏与二者有一定差别．3种动物的心脏均为两心房一心室,但丽纹龙蜥的心室开始出现不完全分隔,为不完全的双循环系统;红细胞均为有核红细胞;心脏壁有内、中、外3层结构,分别为心内膜、心肌层及心外膜．心内膜位于心脏内层,表面是一层不规则的多角形内皮细胞,胞核为椭圆形．心肌层主要由心肌纤维构成,心肌纤维间充满结缔组织和血管．心肌纤维由心肌细胞组成,胞核呈圆形或椭圆形,位于细胞中央．心外膜位于外层,由结缔组织构成,内含较多弹性纤维．3种动物心脏结构的差别是两栖类、爬行类动物在进化过程中对环境不断适应的结果．
