城市湖泊生态改造设计

转通湖泊驳岸技术是使用混凝土和浆砌石材料来建造硬质直立式驳岸结构为达到固土目标,但是硬化混凝土驳岸系统已经破坏了湖泊水生态和自然景观。湖泊生态化改造是通过土木工程结合生态技术,强化湖泊的自身防止污染功能,同时提高了湖泊生态多样性及水体自能力[1]。该研究通过调研越南荣市气候、环境特点与南湖污染现状,提出了湖泊驳岸生态化改造设计方案。     

MiR-146a-5p targeting SMAD4 and TRAF6 inhibits adipogenensis through TGF-β and AKT/mTORC1 signal pathways in porcine intramuscular preadipocytes

Background: Intramuscular fat(IMF) content is a vital parameter for assessing pork quality. Increasing evidence has shown that microRNAs(miRNAs) play an important role in regulating porcine IMF deposition. Here, a novel miRNA implicated in porcine IMF adipogenesis was found, and its effect and regulatory mechanism were further explored with respect to intramuscular preadipocyte proliferation and differentiation.Results: By porcine adipose tissue miRNA sequencing analysis, we found that miR-146a-5p is a potential regulator of porcine IMF adipogenesis. Further studies showed that miR-146a-5p mimics inhibited porcine intramuscular preadipocyte proliferation and differentiation, while the miR-146a-5p inhibitor promoted cell proliferation and adipogenic differentiation. Mechanistically, miR-146a-5p suppressed cell proliferation by directly targeting SMAD family member 4(SMAD4) to attenuate TGF-β signaling. Moreover, miR-146a-5p inhibited the differentiation of intramuscular preadipocytes by targeting TNF receptor-associated factor 6(TRAF6) to weaken the AKT/mTORC1 signaling downstream of the TRAF6 pathway.Conclusions: MiR-146a-5p targets SMAD4 and TRAF6 to inhibit porcine intramuscular adipogenesis by attenuating TGF-β and AKT/mTORC1 signaling, respectively. These findings provide a novel miRNA biomarker for regulating intramuscular adipogenesis to promote pork quality.     

Analysis of Application of Information in Mid - mini Enterprises on Condition of Mass- economy

The group of Mid - mini enterprises under mass - economy is the intermediate organization built up by specialized division of work and cooperation. This kind of organization is flexible in operation with high efficiency, but difficult in development of new technology. On the basis of analyzing the character and deficiency of the mid - mini enterprises, in this paper, through providing a framework of information service platform for the mid - mini enterprises to enhance their creative ability and complex competition. The construction and operational strategy of such platform are investigated. Finally a successful case study is given.     

Mathematical Medel for Heat Transfer on Solididing Ladle of Hot Metal

In this paper,solidifinG ladle of hot metal has been studied from the point ofview of heat transfer.A mathematical model,which is applied to predict the shape and the thicknessof solidifing layer,has been developed. The theoretical calculated results agree with the appliedresults in preduction. The effects of various paramenters,such as the circulating times, the inner-surface temporature of ladle and the different refractories,on the shape and the thickness ofsolidifing layer have been discussed.These are contributed to reduce the solidifing ladle of hot metal.     

A Thermodynamic Criteria for Evaluation of Heat Exchanger Performance

The concept of loss rate of available energy was introduced for evaluating heat exchanger performance. At the same time, the general expression of loss rate of available energy was obtained for heat exchangers of several typical. And NL criteria was recommended for evaluation of the loss rate of available energy of heat exchanger. Then. the influences of inlet temperatures ratio, heat capacity ratio of fluids, the number of heat transfer units and flow patterns of heat exchanger on ,VL criteria were also discussed.     

Research on Dynamics of Installation Way for Active Isolation Actuator on Flexible Foundations

The dynamic characteristic of active isolation atuator on flexible foundations was studied under the installation of parallel structure and foundation cancellation.The influencing relationships between active isolation force of the different installation ways and passive isolation system and flexible foundation were analyzed and compared.Scientific basis for selecting installation ways of active isolator is provided in this paper.     

The Control Strategy for the Excitation System of Asynchronized Turbogenerators

In this paper, the excitation principle and operating characteristics ofasynchronized turbogenerators are analyzed,and adaptive tracing iterative control strategy based on state identification is proposed. In order to apply this control scheme to practice engineering, some primary elements are analyzed and presented for constituting dual-channel automatic excitation control system of asynchronized turbogenerators. Finally, the paper presents the principle structure charts about excitation control system of asynchroized turbogenerators.
