The aim of this research is to compose the energy input-output analysis of plum in Nevsehir province in Turkey. This research was conducted at the plum cultivating facilities during the 2015–2016 production seasons in Nevsehir province of Central Anatolian Region in Turkey. The agricultural input energies and output energies used in plum cultivation were calculated to determine the energy input-output analysis. According to the research findings, the energy inputs in plum cultivation were calculated respectively 3920?MJ ha?1 (44.99%) chemical fertilizers energy, 1618.91?MJ ha?1 (18.58%) diesel fuel energy, 1125.85?MJ ha?1 (12.92%) chemicals energy, 1069.20?MJ ha?1 (12.27%) machinery energy, 723.24?MJ ha?1 (8.30%) human labour energy and 255?MJ ha?1 (2.93%) irrigation water energy. Production output plum yield were calculated as 12,112.50?MJ ha?1. The energy output/input ratio, specific energy, energy usage efficiency and net energy calculations were calculated respectively as 1.39, 1.37?MJ kg?1, 0.73?kg MJ?1 and 3400.30?MJ ha?1.  相似文献

In this study, the adsorption of phosphate on gas concrete from aqueous solutions has been studied as functions of temperature, mixing rates and suspension pH. Over 99% of phosphate removal was found. The chemical composition of the gas concrete has been defined by X-ray analysis. Experimental data was fitted to the Langmuir equation in order to Langmuir coefficients. After calculating Langmuir coefficients, adsorption free energy (Δ G 0 ads.) has been determined. In order to gather information about adsorption mechanism, electrophoretic mobilites of particles were measured at various pHs by using Zeta meter 3.0+. It has been found that the adsorption is driven by the interactions between the ionizations of CaO and Al2O3 and the formation of AlPO4. According to the BET (N2) measurements, the specific surface area of gas concrete was found as 22 m2g-1. The surface area after adsorption has been found as 17 m2g-1. The surface area covered by adsorbate has been found as 5.23 m2g-1 by usingas = ns m. am. NA. These two areas determined by BET and Langmuir model were close to each other (BET: 22 m2g-1–17 m2g-1).  相似文献

The silk fibroin (SF)/chitosan (CHI) blend films were prepared by dissolving them in formic acid. The morphology of the films was examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The roughness of the membranes was determined by atomic force microscopy (AFM). These films were treated with the extracts of Pistacia terebinthus, Pistacia lentiscus, and Hypericum empetrifolium. Folin-Ciocalteu assay was used to determine the amount of total phenols adsorbed on these blend films. The antibacterial properties of films were tested using disc diffusion and turbidity measurement methods against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus epidermidis. The release of adsorbed phenolics from the film surface resulted in antibacterial properties.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to understand the failure mechanism of two dimensional dry fabric structure considering yarn sets and interlacements. For this purpose, data generated on air-entangled textured polyester woven fabric under the simple tensile load and analyzed by developed regression model. The regression model showed that warp and weft directional tensile strengths of satin fabric were higher than those of plain and rib fabrics in unravel sample. This might be related to the number of interlacements of the fabrics. There was not a considerable difference between warp directional tensile strength of ravel and unravel satin fabrics, whereas weft directional tensile strength of ravel satin fabric decreased rapidly with respect to its unravel form. The satin fabric showed the highest warp directional tensile strength among the others. The lowest weft directional tensile strength was received from ribs fabric. In semi-ravel sample, all fabrics showed low warp and weft directional tensile strength values except in plain fabric. Warp directional tensile elongation of plain fabric was the highest in unravel sample. Satin fabric showed the highest warp directional tensile elongation in the ravel sample. Warp directional tensile elongations of all the fabrics in the semi-ravel sample became low. Weft directional tensile elongation of satin fabric was the highest in unravel sample. In addition, satin and plain fabrics showed the highest weft directional tensile elongations in the ravel sample. Weft directional tensile elongations of all the fabrics in the semi-ravel sample became low except in ribs fabric.  相似文献

This study was carried out to investigate the prevalence and economic losses due to in cattle of hypodermosis between May 2008 and April 2009 in Afyonkarahisar province of Turkey. A total of 6,598 cattle—3,498 in pasture and 3,100 in slaughterhouse—were examined for hypodermosis. One hundred ninety-five out of 6,598 cattle (2.96%) were found positive. Concerning this infestation rate, the prevalence of hypodermosis in field was 5.3%, whereas the prevalence was 0.3% in slaughter house. Hypoderma bovis and Hypoderma lineatum were recorded in slaughter house. First-stage Hypoderma spp. larvae weren’t found in cattle organs in slaughterhouse. The annual economic loss on skins is estimated to be about 18,288 TL (currency exchange rate is 1 USD:1.499 TL).  相似文献

Ergosterol is a fungus-specific chemical component which has been extensively used to assess the fungal biomass and activity in soils. In the present study, we investigated the soil ergosterol content in a group of Japanese soils differing in management. In addition, the relationships among the soil ergosterol content (SEC), microbial biomass C (MBC), and microbial biomass N (MBN) were also tested in different seasons. Our results showed that the SEC was lower in intensively cropped soils than in pasture and forest soils. In general, no consistent trend was observed for SEC of pasture soils within the same sampling period. However, SEC tended to decrease in most of the soils in autumn, which may be ascribed to the effect of seasonal changes on fungal biomass. No strong evidence could be obtained for the effect of different fertilizers on SEC, which can be due to different management variables and interspecific variations between fungal communities at different soil sites. Our results did not suggest the presence of a noticeable correlation between SEC and MBC or MBN. The ratio of SEC in total biomass C was lower (0.20 and 0.11% in spring and autumn, respectively) compared with the values reported.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to understand the effects of fabric sample dimensions on pull-out properties of fabric weaves. Polyester woven fabrics were used to conduct the pull-out tests. A yarn pull-out fixture was developed and data generated from this research. Yarn pull-out forces depend on sample dimensions, fabric density, fabric weave, and number of pulled ends in the fabric. Results showed that multiple and single yarn pull-out forces of long samples were higher than those of short samples, and the multiple yarn pull-out force was higher than that of the single yarn pull-out force, and dense fabric has high pull-out force. Plain fabric weave showed high single and multiple pull-out forces compared to ribs and satin fabric weaves. The regression model could be used in this study as a viable and reliable tool. This research could be valuable for development of multifunctional fabrics in technical textile applications.  相似文献

The influence of a humic deposit (Gyttja, G) alone (applied at 25 kg ha−1) and in combination with mineral fertilizer (G + NP) on soil organic matter content, pH, electrical conductivity, total N content, calcium carbonate content, enzyme activities (urease, β-glucosidase, arylsulphatase, and alkaline phosphatase), microbial biomass C, soil respiration, and availability of Cd, Pb, Ni, and Zn was examined through a 180-day incubation period and compared with the behavior of no treatment (control) and NP treatment. A significant increase in organic matter content was observed in soils treated with G + NP. Compared with G and NP alone, the G + NP-amended soils showed higher values of the selected microbiological properties.Diethylenetriaminepentaacetic-acid-extractable Cd, Pb, Ni, Cu, and Zn increased significantly with increasing rates of NP, but the addition of G + NP resulted in a considerable decrease in the amount of extractable metals during the incubation period (P<0.05). Based on these results, it can be concluded that the organic matter applied in the gyttja led to an increase in the metal adsorption capacity of the amended soils. This material can be used to reduce the availability and mobility of heavy metals in the soils intensively amended with mineral fertilizers. A combination of G with NP can, therefore, be considered as an alternative approach in the applications of organomineral fertilization.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to analyze and determine the off-axis tensile properties of air-entangled textured polyester fabrics based on unit cell interlacing frequency. For this purpose, continuous filament polyester air-entangled textured yarn was used to produce plain, ribs and satin woven fabrics. The fabrics were cut from the warp direction (0°) to weft direction (90°) at every 15° increment, and tensile tests were applied to those of the off-axis samples. The strength and elongation results were introduced to the statistical model developed, and regression analyses were carried out. Hence, the effects of off-axis loading and interlacement on the directional tensile properties of the fabric were investigated. The regression model showed that off-axis loading influences fabric tensile strength. On the other hand, interlacement frequency is the most important factor for fabric tensile elongation. The results from the regression model were compared with the measured values. This study confirmed that the method used in this study as can be a viable and reliable tool. Future research will concentrate on multiaxially directional fabric and the probability that it will result in homogeneous in-plane fabric properties.  相似文献
