[Objectives]To investigate the expression and significance of miR-21 and P-gp in colon cancer cell line HCT-15.[Methods]RT-qPCR was used to detect the miR-21 and ABCB1 mRNA expression level of P-gp coding genes in normal colon mucosal cell NCM460 and colon cancer cell HCT-15,and Western Blot was used to detect the expression of P-gp in these two cell lines.[Results]The results of RT-qPCR showed that the expression level of miR-21 and ABCB1 mRNA in colon cancer cell HCT-15 was significantly higher than that in normal colon cell NCM460,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Western Blot results showed that the expression level of P-gp in HCT-15 was significantly higher than that in NCM460,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusions]The expression level of miR-21 and ABCB1 mRNA/P-gp in colon cancer cell HCT-15 was higher than that in normal colonic mucosal cell NCM460,and the relationship between miR-21 and multidrug resistance in colon cancer might be related to P-gp.  相似文献

An algorithm of fault section diagnosis based on topology identification for distribution networks is presented. By decomposing the topologic matrix which describing the distribution network into two parts,one part only contain the complex coupling factor ,and the other ignore the complex coupling factor. Using this method, the fault zones in distribution network can be identified and isolated efficiently, and the vertexes of the zones can also be identified automatically. The important character of non-magnetic high manganese ZG25 Mn18Cr4 alloy is rapid work-hardening under external stress. With X-ray diffraction and TEM analysis, it is proved that the microstructures of both undeformed and deformed matrixes are austenite and carbide with some striation structure in the matrixes, the amount of stripes in the deformed matrix is obviously more than that in the undeformed matrix. Electronic diffraction analysis confirmed that the stripes in coarse austenite grains are high density lamination fault sheets. A great deal of lamination fault sheets produced by plastic deformation divides up austenite matrix, shortens the free distance of dislocation movement and results in the rapid work-hardening of ZG25Mn18Cr4 alloy.  相似文献

The metabolism and development of plants are controlled through interplay between genetic and environmental cues.For optimal growth plants require the ability to coordinate complex developmental processes and at the same time sense and respond to environmental stimuli.The responses can be divided into three main events: stimulus perception,generation and transmission of a signal,and subsequent changes in downstream biochemical processes.Because of space limitation this review does not provide an exhaustive account of plant signal transduction.Rather,the authors intention is to cover new and important results in this field,including the mechanochemical transform mediated by integrin and integrin-like protein,the change of membrane fluidity respond to stimulus,and the wide accepted transduction pathway of calcium signaling system.The research emphasis and tendency are prospected.  相似文献

The aerodynamic characteristic of wind turbine is calculated by applying the Blade Element Momentum(BEM) theory.Also finite element mode analysis is done for the tower and the rotor.Then the multi-dynamic model of the wind turbine is built in Adams.Also the drive chain is calculated by applying state space method and programmed in Matlab/ Simulink.With that the combined simulation of vibration characteristics is carried out on the base of MATLAB/Simulink and ADAMS,in which the transmission effects and aero-elasticity coupling is fully considered.The results show that the method is able to simulate the vibration characteristic almost the same as software Bladed,which is well-known for analyzing performance and loads for the design and certification of wind turbines.  相似文献

Based on the principles of operational risk measurement provided by Basel II,the paper discusses the problem of operational risk correlations among different business lines / risk types.The correlation coefficients between the aggregate losses among different business lines / risk types are calculated.Copula arithmetic is put forward to compute correlation coefficients matrix of aggregate losses.Besides,the result is used to calculate the capital requirement of operational risk.  相似文献

The structural defects of the heart are often reflected in the sounds that heart produces. Because of the non-stationary of the PCG signal, it is important to maintain its time-frequency character. We discuss the Short-Time Fourier Transform (STFT) method and the wavelet method. Some normal and abnormal heart sounds were analyzed by these methods. Loss reduction is important for distribution networks and it is available to reduce loss by loads equalization. With increasing numbers of vertexes in distribution networks, compounding of loads are rapid increasing. It is hard to achieve the global optimization for load balancing by traditional model of distribution networks. Base on analyzing character of loads equalization for distribution networks, this paper provides a new method which conjugate the optimization principle and the hierarchical model of the distribution networks, can transfer the optimization issues into multi stage decision making problems,and can also achieve the optimization equalization of the distribution networks loads.  相似文献

The dark interfere fringes appearing on a copying hologram with white light are discussed. Which are caused by the minute distance between the original hologram and the coping holographic plate during the coping process. Two wave fronts of the virtue image and the real image are reconstructed from the original hologram and recorded on the coping holographic plate during the coping process. If the two holographic plates have a minute distance, there are two virtue images wave fronts are reconstructed from the coping hologram. These two virtual images wave front are the same but have a little spatial shift. The two shifted wave front will interfere and produce dark fringes on the hologram even with white light to illuminate the hologram. The methods to eliminate the dark interfere fringes also discussed.  相似文献
