本文通过比较乌桕对两种地上不同食性昆虫(专食性癞皮夜蛾、广食性斜纹夜蛾)与南方根结线虫互作的光合生理响应,分析不同空间植食性生物间的互作关系及植物的响应机制。结果表明:无南方根结线虫胁迫下,2种地上不同食性昆虫对乌桕的净光合速率(P_n)、气孔导度(G_s)及胞间CO_2浓度(C_i)的影响与对照组无显著差异;而南方根结线虫胁迫下,2种地上昆虫显著降低了乌桕G_s及C_i。其中,与对照组及癞皮夜蛾处理组相比,南方根结线虫与斜纹夜蛾的共同胁迫显著降低了乌桕P_n、G_s及C_i。此外,斜纹夜蛾为害增加了乌桕叶绿素含量,南方根结线虫胁迫降低了叶绿素含量。因此,南方根结线虫与斜纹夜蛾间形成一种加性效应,并对乌桕光合生理产生了拮抗效应,而这种效应在南方根结线虫与癞皮夜蛾间并不显著。由此可见,乌桕对地上-地下植食性生物胁迫形成不足补偿机制,且具体的响应机制与植食性生物的食性相关。  相似文献

The availability of water is becoming more variable as flow regime alterations intensify both locally and on a global scale. This pattern has been observed in the tributaries of the central Chattahoochee River System as water withdrawal and natural drought have caused flows to diminish. Stream discharge has steadily decreased in the study area by 31% over the last 50 years, and during this time, fish assemblage homogenization has occurred throughout the system. Our primary objective was to assess whether spawning mode and water availability are catalysts for fish assemblage change in tributaries of the Chattahoochee River System. We found that species which prefer or have adapted to low flow conditions (e.g. blacktail shiner Cyprinella venusta, redbreast sunfish Lepomis auritus and blackbanded darter Percina nigrofasciata) are becoming dominant and replacing historically dominant fluvial specialists. When examining short‐term changes between a dry year (2009) and a wet year (2010), some species preferring higher flows such as the highscale shiner Notropis hypsilepis were detected during the wet year, suggesting that the amount of water is important for the presence of these species in upstream reaches where they were historically abundant. Species that can reproduce successfully in low flow conditions are thriving and expanding their native ranges as more habitat becomes suitable. Species that require higher flows for part of their life cycle, however, appear to be declining from upstream areas as water availability continues to decrease, despite temporary recovery from downstream refugia during wet years.  相似文献

为了正确掌握辣椒生产管理的各项适用技术,实现科学的生产管理,于2001~2003年在遵义市引进了"辣椒生产管理专家咨询系统"进行开发研究与生产应用。试验示范结果表明:采用辣椒生产管理专家咨询系统指导辣椒生产示范的产量比传统管理(对照)的增加5%~11.9%,净产值增加27.4%。该系统具有兼容性好,人机交互功能强,知识库更新简便的特点,易于在贵州省推广应用。该文全面阐述了基于XF6.1的辣椒生产管理专家咨询系统的研发过程、结构、功能和系统相关的计算方法、运行环境及特点。  相似文献

In evolutionary sense no resistance lasts forever. The durability of a resistance can be seen as a quantitative trait; resistances may range from not durable at all (ephemeral, or transient) to highly durable. Ephemeral resistance occurs against fungi and bacteria with a narrow host range, specialists. It is characterised by a hypersensitive reaction (HR), major gene inheritance and many resistance genes, which often occur in multiple allelic series and/or complex loci. These resistance genes (alleles) interact in a gene-for-gene way with a virulence genes (alleles) in the pathogen to give an incompatible reaction. The pathogen neutralises the effect of the resistance gene by a loss mutation in the corresponding avirulence allele. The incompatible reaction is not elicited any more and the pathogenicity is restored. The pathogens can afford the loss of many avirulences without loss of fitness. Durable resistance against specialised fungi and bacteria is often quantitative and based upon the additive effects of some to several genes, the resulting resistance being of another nature than the hypersensitive reaction. This quantitative resistance is present to nearly all pathogens at low to fair levels in most commercial cultivars. Durable resistance of a monogenic nature occurs too and is usually of a non-HR type. Resistance against fungi and bacteria with a wide host range, generalists, is usually quantitative and durable. Resistances against viruses are often fairly durable, even if these are based on monogenic, race-specific, HR resistances. The Mallee Emu-wren (Stipiturus mallee) is a threatened, narrow-range passerine endemic to south-eastern Australia. To inform future conservation measures for this poorly known species, we used ecological niche factor analysis, habitat suitability modelling and distance sampling to determine landscape-scale habitat requirements and estimate the population size. Using GIS software, we integrated digital layers of ecogeographic variables with; (1) presence-only observations to derive and validate a habitat suitability model using ecological niche factor analysis, and (2) distance sampling to determine population distribution and densities across vegetation types. We detected populations in only five of seven reserves which they had occupied in 2000. We estimate the global population size to be 16,821 individuals (range 8431-39, 104), 68% greater than the previously estimated 10,000 individuals, with a single large reserve containing the majority (∼92%) of the global population. The Mallee Emu-wren is a habitat specialist, primarily occurring in mallee-Triodia vegetation that has not been burnt for at least 15 years. The highest densities were in vegetation associations containing at least a 15% cover of Triodia, however, time since the habitat was last burnt was the overriding factor in determining densities. Large-scale wildfires are a pervasive threat to the global status of the Mallee Emu-wren, and the risk to remaining populations is exacerbated by the adverse impact of prolonged drought and the potential for altered fire regimes caused by global warming. Evaluation of the global population status, and the continued wildfire threat warranted recent reclassification of the Mallee Emu-wren from Vulnerable to Endangered according to IUCN Red List categories and criteria.  相似文献

泛化种和特化种对碳及养分等资源利用存在很大差异,在土壤能量和养分循环中发挥着独特功能。目前农田微生物研究主要针对整个细菌、真菌、古菌或其他功能群落,对农田生态系统细菌泛化种和特化种的认识还很缺乏。因此,为探究典型水稻土细菌泛化种和特化种的群落结构、驱动机制及在氮循环中的功能,根据第二次土壤普查数据,从我国东部(江苏、安徽、上海)和西南部(贵州、云南)采集16个土壤表层样品(0~20 cm),进行理化性质测定和高通量测序,并对获得的数据进行相应的生态学分析。结果表明,在所有的OTUs中,3.28%被归为泛化种,9.07%被归为特化种。泛化种和特化种在门水平的分布模式不同,特化种在绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、硝化螺旋菌门(Nitrospirae)、厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)和浮霉菌门(Planctomycetes)中所占的比例高于泛化种。基于β多样性零模型的群落构建分析表明,泛化种与特化种均由确定性过程主导,与特化种相比,泛化种受随机性过程的影响更大。驱动泛化种和特化种群落结构变异的环境因子不同,pH、年均降雨量、黏粒含量、全氮是驱动...  相似文献

Developing an effective agriculture and life sciences (ALS) liaison program at a land grant institution can be challenging, as the liaison serves a wide variety of stakeholders with research, teaching, and Extension goals. New liaisons seeking to identify effective ways to support the land grant mission may desire guidance to select priority service areas. This article reviews ALS information user needs, as articulated by the users and their literature, to shed light on what they deem important. Services new ALS liaisons can consider to meet these needs within the 21st century land grant environment are then identified.  相似文献
