三相分离器是厌氧反应器的核心部件,三相分离器研究的重点和难点在于揭示气液固三相分离过程。文章通过建立冷模实验系统探究了三相分离器气体分离收集的过程,并考察了曝气量、进水量对气相带水量、气相带水能力、颗粒流失等三相分离器性能的影响。研究结果表明:气相在三角堰内完成分离收集然后汇聚到集气室内,最后夹带一定量的液体由提升管排出;随着曝气量的增加,气泡逃逸量有所增加,颗粒流失加大,气相带水量不断增加,但是气相带水能力先增加后降低;进水量的变化不影响三相分离器的运行效果。研究结果为三相分离器的设计及稳定运行提供了理论基础。  相似文献

为明晰保鲜处理对冷鲜鲟鱼肉冷藏期间的特征性风味物质的影响。本实验利用固相微萃取—气相色谱—质谱联用(SPME-GC-MS)结合电子鼻和电子舌技术,对经微酸性氧化电解水和ε-聚赖氨酸两步法保鲜处理的冷鲜鲟鱼肉在冷藏期间的挥发性成分和滋味成分进行分析。电子鼻能够对挥发性成分从整体上进行分析,贮藏后期保鲜处理组和对照组的鲟鱼肉挥发性气味的数据集无重叠区域,差异明显。利用SPME-GC-MS定性鉴定出46种挥发性物质,主要包括醛类、酮类、烃类和醇类等物质,其中己醛、庚醛、苯甲醛、辛醛、壬醛、癸醛和2,5-辛二酮、苯乙酮、3,5-辛二烯-2-酮为保鲜处理组的主要挥发性物质,保鲜处理延缓了冷鲜鲟鱼肉腥味的产生以及鱼肉香味的下降。电子舌检测冷藏过程中鲟鱼肉的滋味物质时发现,保鲜处理组苦味、涩味、咸味均低于对照组,两组样品贮藏6 d后,在苦味、涩味、咸味、鲜味方面均呈显著差异。保鲜处理起到了减缓冷藏期间冷鲜鲟鱼肉风味物质下降的作用,为保鲜处理在冷鲜鲟鱼肉中的应用提供了一定的理论基础。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to explore the expression difference of miRNAs and mRNAs between the follicular phase (FP) and luteal phase (LP) in porcine ovaries and provide a theoretical basis for the research on mammalian reproductive regulation. RNA‐Seq and miRNA‐Seq were used to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and miRNAs (DEMs) between the FP and LP in ovaries of six sows (3‐year‐old Yorkshire pigs with similar weights and same parities). Bioinformatic analysis was used to screen potential genes and miRNAs related to porcine ovarian function. Real‐time qualitative PCR was used to validate the sequencing results. RNA‐Seq results showed that 3,078 genes were up‐regulated, and 1,444 genes were down‐regulated in the LP compared with the FP, and DEGs were significantly enriched in 242 Gene Ontology (GO) terms and 33 Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathways. miRNA‐Seq identified 112 DEMs, of which 25 were up‐regulated and 87 were down‐regulated in the LP compared with the FP. We obtained 186 intersection genes (IGs) between the 4,522 DEGs and 2,444 target genes predicted from the 112 DEMs. After constructing a miRNA‐gene‐pathway network, we identified key miRNAs and genes including miR‐17‐3p, miR‐214, miR‐221‐5p, miR‐125b, FGF1, YWHAG, YWHAZ, FDFT1 and DHCR24, which are enriched in Hippo and PI3K‐Akt signalling pathways, and various metabolic pathways. These results indicate that these key genes and miRNAs may play important roles in the developmental transition from FP to LP in porcine ovaries and represent candidate targets for further study.  相似文献

During vertebrate development, the immune function is inefficient and is mainly controlled by innate defense. While there have been detailed studies of various aspects of innate immune function, the effects of this function in the growth of vertebrates is still not well known. Similarly, there is little information regarding how early endotoxin exposure would affect juvenile phenotypes, specifically in a non‐model mammal like a precocial rodent. We evaluated the response to an antigen and its cost in offspring of the rodent Octodon degus. We inoculated pups at 4 different ages (8, 15, 22 and 30 days after birth) with an antigen to determine the ontogeny and costs of the response to an endotoxin. We assessed changes in body mass, body temperature, sickness behavior and the levels of a key mediator of the inflammatory response, the cytokine interleukin‐1β. We also determined the effects of early endotoxin exposure on the resting metabolic rate of juvenile animals (i.e. 90 days after birth). The cytokine levels, body mass and body temperature were unaffected by time of inoculation and treatment. However, pups subjected to inoculation at 22 days after birth with the antigen showed reduced locomotion. Juvenile resting metabolic rate was not affected by early endotoxin exposure. These results suggest that the magnitude of O. degus responses would not change with age. We discuss whether the lack of effect of the response on body mass or body condition is caused by environmental variables or by the precocial characteristics of O. degus.  相似文献

该研究采用石蜡为相变芯材,Fe-MIL-101-NH2金属有机骨架为载体材料,旨在解决石蜡芯材在固-液相变过程中体积变大,从而出现泄漏现象的问题。通过溶剂蒸发法制备了质量分数为40%~70%的石蜡/Fe-MIL-101-NH2定形复合相变材料。采用扫描电子显微镜(Scanning Electron Microscope, SEM)、X射线衍射仪(X-ray Diffraction, XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, FTIR)对定形复合相变材料的形貌和结构进行观察;用热重分析(Thermogravimetric Analysis, TGA)对定形复合相变材料的热稳定性进行分析;通过差示扫描量热(Differential Scanning Calorimetry, DSC)仪对样品的相变温度、相变焓和热循环稳定性进行测试;SEM结果表明,石蜡的最高负载量为70%,且其均匀分布于Fe-MIL-101-NH2孔道中。XRD、FTIR分析发现石蜡与Fe-MIL-101-NH2之间只是物理混合,没有化学变化;DSC分析可知,质量分数为70%的石蜡/Fe-MIL-101-NH2储能量最大,为51.3 J/g,且质量分数为70%的石蜡/Fe-MIL-101-NH2经过50次循环后,其储能量为47.6 J/g,无明显下降,说明质量分数为70%的石蜡/Fe-MIL-101-NH2具有良好的热循环稳定性,可为相变材料在建筑领域应用研究提供参考。  相似文献

采用固相微萃取-气质色谱-质谱联用技术,以萃取挥发性成分种类数和萃取量Y值大小作为衡量萃取效果指标优化萃取条件,测定分析香荚兰籽中挥发性成分的组成,通过峰面积归一化法计算各挥发性成分的相对含量,并结合测定相关物质的保留指数(Retention index,RI)值进行定性分析。结果表明,利用75μm碳分子筛/聚二甲基硅氧烷萃取纤维头,样品量1.0 g,萃取温度80℃,萃取时间20 min,解析时间8 min时,萃取效果最佳,香荚兰籽中含有48种挥发性成分,相对含量为90.44%。其主要挥发性成分为香草醛、邻甲氧基苯酚、苯酚和呋喃甲醛,相对含量分别为80.22%、1.61%、1.23%和1.00%。  相似文献

为了探究红松苗木物候期的变化规律,为适时播种、采种、造林、培育等林业生产提供科学依据。利用1991—2014年小兴安岭红松苗木物候期资料及同期气候资料,采用相关分析及最优子集回归方法,分析探讨了红松苗木物候期对气象条件的响应。结果表明:(1)红松苗木芽开放始期、新梢木质化盛期有所推迟,展叶始期和新枝形成盛期都有提前趋势,整个生长季延长。(2)除芽开放始期和顶芽形成盛期外,其他物候期与期间的日照时数呈显著正相关;顶芽形成盛期与气温呈显著负相关;≥10℃积温和日最低气温是影响整个生长期长短的2个主要影响因子,其次是日照时数和平均气温。利用最优子集回归方法建立了红松苗木物候期与气象要素的回归方程。  相似文献

The hepatic lipidosis (HL) in fattening turkeys is a disease has been known for a long time, but the cause and pathogenesis is still not clarified. A recent study reported unexplained high levels of iron in liver tissue of fattening turkeys suffering from HL. In this study, the iron status, possible infectious or inflammatory influences in form of an acute phase reaction and the analysis of fatty acid pattern in liver tissue of turkeys affected by HL were examined. Three cases of HL on three different fattening turkey farms were investigated during the outbreak of the disease. Clinically affected and non-affected animals were subjected to a pathological examination, where the diagnosis HL or non-affected was made. In total, 70 birds were examined (40 with HL, 30 without HL) and blood and liver samples were taken. Additionally, samples from 15 slaughtered birds were taken as a further control group. In liver tissue, the iron content and the content of long-chain fatty acids were determined; in blood samples, ferritin and transferrin were measured. The iron content in liver tissue was more than three times higher for animals with HL than among non-affected animals and the control group. The transferrin levels were lowest for animals with HL, highest in the control group and in between for non-affected animals. The fatty acid pattern in liver tissue of affected animals indicated a shift from polyunsaturated fatty acids to saturated fatty acids and monounsaturated fatty acids compared to the control group and the non-affected animals. Overall, the non-affected animals of a flock affected by HL were similar to the healthy animals of the abattoir. The low acute phase protein levels for animals with HL together with high iron contents could indicate a previous malnutrition/starvation period and/or severe liver damage for those animals suffering from HL.  相似文献

建立香蕉中噻唑膦的超高效液相色谱串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)残留测定方法。香蕉样品采用乙腈提取和PSA+C18分散固相萃取,采用UPLC-MS/MS多反应模式(MRM)进行分析测定。噻唑膦在添加水平0.01~1.0 mg/kg范围内,平均回收率为94.3%~107.5%,相对标准偏差为7.9%~11.0%。采用外标法定量,方法的检出限为0.001μg/m L,定量限为0.005 mg/kg。该方法简单、准确、重复性较好且节省溶剂,适用于香蕉中噻唑膦的残留检测。  相似文献
