海南岛黎母山国家自然保护区热带云雾林土壤酶活性的根际效应 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
[目的] 探讨热带云雾林土壤酶活性的季节动态规律及根际效应,为从土壤酶学角度出发研究热带云雾林水土保持生态功能提升提供科学依据。[方法] 采用抖落法采集3种优势树种岭南青冈、罗浮锥、细枝柃根际和非根际土壤样品,对土壤酶活性季节动态变化进行研究,并分析不同树种根际土壤酶的根际效应及其与土壤养分的关系。[结果] ①热带云雾林不同树种根际与非根际土壤酶活性季节动态变化明显,呈单峰型变化趋势,峰值出现在雨季8月;岭南青冈、罗浮锥土壤酶活性差异不显著,但显著大于细枝柃。②根际土壤酶活性均高于非根际土壤,表现为正根际效应。土壤酶根际效应表现为:酸性磷酸酶 > 脲酶 > 过氧化氢酶 > 蔗糖酶;不同树种酸性磷酸酶、脲酶、蔗糖酶根际效应差异不显著,而过氧化氢酶根际效应表现为岭南青冈、罗浮锥显著大于细枝柃。③土壤酶活性与土壤N,P,K养分含量呈显著正相关,与土壤含水量、pH值相关性不显著。[结论] 热带云雾林主要优势树种土壤酶活性呈现明显的季节动态变化,根际效应显著,N,P,K养分限制可能是土壤酶活性及其季节变化的主导控制因子。 相似文献

绿僵菌防治草原蝗虫效果显著,其在草原田间的存活能力影响其持续控害效果。除了侵染昆虫,绿僵菌还具有在植物根际宿存和根内生的生活方式,但相关宿存规律和内生性的研究报道很少。本文研究了绿僵菌在内蒙古草原两种优势种植物羊草和克氏针茅根际的种群数量变化并对其在这两种草的根内宿存进行了鉴定。结果表明,在干旱的内蒙古草原,绿僵菌施用后种群数量在30 d内快速下降,但能够以低密度在羊草、克氏针茅根际土壤中至少延续宿存75 d,羊草根际环境比较利于绿僵菌生存。对菌株egfp基因标记的特异PCR检测证明了绿僵菌在羊草和克氏针茅根内宿存。试验数据为指导植保生物防治中充分利用绿僵菌的昆虫病原性和植物内生特性提供理论基础,也将成为绿僵菌物种生活方式多样性、与植物互作及共进化研究的重要基础。 相似文献

Triplicate groups of one hundred Tra catfish (8 g?±?0.2) were fed seven test diets containing increasing levels of AFB1 (0, 50, 100, 250, 500, and 1000 μg AFB1 kg?1). Additionally Mycofix® Secure was added at 1.5% to one diet containing 500 μg AFB1 kg?1. Results showed that Tra catfish are sensitive to AFB1. Reduction in weight gain (P?<?0.05) was observed for fish fed 50 μg AFB1 kg?1 and declined further with increasing levels of AFB1 in the diets. Fish fed diets contaminated with 500 and 1000 μg AFB1 kg?1 showed increased (P?>?0.05) hepatosomatic index (HIS), while an increase in adipose somatic index (ASI) was observed in fish fed 50 μg AFB1 kg?1 and above when compared to the control and Mycofix® diets. After 12 weeks, blood serum analysis revealed higher alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels in fish fed the 50, 100, and 250 μg AFB1 kg?1 suggesting occurrence of liver damage. Disease resistance of fish exposed to Edwardsiella ictaluri was also compromised by the presence of AFB1 in the feed and was directly related to the contamination level. Seven days after Edwardsiella ictaluri exposure, survival rates were 50, 41.7, 31.7, and 8.3% for fish fed control, 50, 100, and 250 μg AFB1 kg?1, respectively. This trial shows that AFB1 at a level of 50 μg AFB1 kg?1 and above can affect fish performance and disease resistance. 2002—2015年,采用同步调查法对鄱阳湖区反嘴鹬(Recurvirostra avosetta)越冬种群数量动态与空间分布格局进行了监测。结果表明:鄱阳湖区分布有稳定的反嘴鹬越冬种群,年平均数量为(16684±14653)只,2004年、2005年、2013年种群数量均超过目前其全球数量的10%,2004年冬季鄱阳湖区越冬反嘴鹬数量达到最大值,为47520只。鄱阳湖区共有70个湖泊记录到反嘴鹬,其中反嘴鹬种群数量达到全球1%以上的湖泊有20个。每年冬季鄱阳湖区反嘴鹬集中分布在常湖、蚌湖、花庙湖和下坝湖,而反嘴鹬利用频次最高的是大湖池,每年反嘴鹬的越冬数量为(1819±1593)只。各湖泊中反嘴鹬的年平均数量与利用频次之间不存在显著相关性。自然保护区涵盖了反嘴鹬在鄱阳湖越冬的主要湖泊,分布在保护区内的反嘴鹬种群占鄱阳湖区越冬总数量的(75.3±26.0)%,但仍有很多重要的湖泊没有被纳入到保护区范围。反嘴鹬对保护区内湖泊的利用频次与保护区外湖泊的利用频次不存在显著性差异,保护区内反嘴鹬的种群数量显著大于保护区外。 相似文献

Eighteen Chinese Holstein heifers average age 230 ± 14 days were allocated to 1 of 3 dietary crude protein (CP) to metabolizable energy (ME) ratios to examine the effects on growth performance, blood metabolites and rumen fermentation parameters with 90‐days experiment. Three different dietary CP:ME ratios were targeted based on the formulation of dietary CP contents of 10.85%, 12.78% and 14.63% on dry matter (DM) basis with similar ME contents (10.42 MJ/kg DM), which were categorized as low, medium and high dietary CP:ME ratios. The actual CP:ME ratios obtained in this study significantly increased from low to high CP:ME ratio groups with a value of 10.59, 11.83 and 13.38 g/MJ respectively. Elevated CP:ME ratios significantly increased CP intake (kg/day) and feed efficiency (FE) which was defined as dry matter intake as a proportion of average daily gain (ADG), whereas little difference was observed in body weight (kg), ADG (kg/day), DM intake (kg/day) and ME intake (MJ/day) among the three different CP:ME ratio groups. Increasing dietary CP to ME ratios significantly increased CP digestibility, whereas digestibility of DM and gross energy remained constant in the current experiment. Blood urea nitrogen and insulin‐like growth factor‐1 linearly increased with increasing dietary CP:ME ratios. There was significantly dietary treatment effect on rumen fermentation parameters including acetate, propionate, butyrate and total volatile fatty acids. Therefore, this study indicated that increasing dietary CP levels with similar energy content contributed to increased protein intake and its digestibility, as well as FE. Holstein heifers between 200 and 341 kg subjected to 13.38 dietary CP:ME ratio showed improved feed efficiency, nutrient digestibility, some blood metabolites and rumen fermentation characteristics for 0.90 kg/day rate of gain. 相似文献

The effect of streamwise vortices generated from passive vortex generators was investigated to manipulate the separation bubble behind the vertical fence. The experiments were carried out in a circulating water channel and the velocity fields were measured using 2D and stereoscopic PIV method.The distance between the vortex generator and fence and the effect of the Reynolds number were investigated. In addition,the effect of boundary layer thickness was also investigated. The averaged recirculation lengths were compared with that of uncontrolled fence flow. The results showed the oscillatory variation of recirculation region appeared under the existence of vortex generators. The reduction of the separation bubble became larger when the fence was submerged in the thick boundary layer with increasing the distance between the generator and fence. When the boundary layer is thin,vortex generator can only suppress the separation bubble under the specific condition. 相似文献

Our aim was to investigate insemination techniques in order to improve pregnancy rates of artificial insemination (AI) using sex-sorted semen (sexed AI) in cattle in tropical and subtropical (T/ST) regions. In T/ST regions, the pregnancy rates by sexed AI are reportedly the lowest in the hottest months of the year, with less than 15% in cows and 35–40% in heifers (PMID 24048822). We compared sexed AI by depositing the semen into the uterine body (UB-AI, n = 12) versus the unilateral uterine horn (UUH-AI, n = 14) of pre-ovulation heifers. The ovary and follicle were assessed by rectal ultrasound before AI. After insemination, pregnancy was determined by ultrasound at approximately 40 days and approximately 70 days. In the present study, we demonstrated that high pregnancy rates (>70%) by sexed AI in the hottest season in a subtropical region such as Taiwan can be achieved when heifers with pre-ovulation follicles are used. The overall pregnancy rates were 54% higher in the UUH-AI (71%) group than in the UB-AI (42%) group (P = 0.06), examined on approximately 40 days post-sexed AI. Surprisingly, however, the pregnancy outcome appeared to be higher in the hot season (62%) than in the cool season (46%) although this difference was not statistically significant. Based on the present study, we recommend that cattle breeders perform UUH-AI using sex-sorted semen for heifers with pre-ovulation follicles in order to achieve satisfactory pregnancy outcome in the hot seasons in T/ST regions. 相似文献
