The effects of bacteria associated with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal (AMF) spores on spore germination, growth in vitro and on the pea-AMF symbiosis were evaluated. Bacterial colonies were recovered from untreated Glomus clarum NT4 spores and NT4 spores decontaminated with 5% chloramine-T for 30, 45 and 60 min on five different media. Both G+ and G− bacteria were recovered from untreated NT4 spores, whereas only G+ bacteria were isolated from decontaminated spores. An in vitro assessment of the effect of spore-associated bacteria on clean, decontaminated NT4 spores revealed that (i) most of the bacteria isolated from untreated spores generally did not significantly alter spore function, (ii) some bacteria isolated from clean, decontaminated spores inhibited or stimulated NT4 spore germination, (iii) stimulation of spore germination occurred only when bacteria were in contact with spores, and (iv) inhibition of spore germination was the result of volatile bacterial metabolites. A stimulatory bacterial isolate, Bacillus pabuli LA3, significantly (P<0.05) enhanced the shoot growth, AMF-colonization, shoot N content and P use efficiency of NT4-inoculated 6 week-old pea plants over that of plants co-inoculated with an inhibitory bacterial isolate, Bacillus chitinosporus LA6a and NT4. 相似文献

采用动物药物安全性评价试验的方法,对豚鼠、家兔等动物进行了复方环丙沙星乳剂的热源试验、体外红细胞溶血性试验、局部刺激性试验及全身主动过敏试验。结果显示,复方环丙沙星乳剂无热原性、体外红细胞溶血性和过敏性,也几乎无明显局部刺激性。表明该制剂的安全性良好,为其在兽医临床上的实际应用提供了依据。 相似文献

Background: Various protocols using different doses of recombinant human thyrotropin (rhTSH) in TSH stimulation testing have been described. However, the influence of TSH dosage on thyroxine (T4) concentration has not yet been evaluated in suspected hypothyroid dogs.
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of 2 doses of rhTSH.
Animals: Fifteen dogs with clinical signs consistent with hypothyroidism and abnormal stimulation results with 75 μg rhTSH and 18 clinically healthy dogs.
Methods: All dogs were stimulated with 75 and 150 μg rhTSH IV in a 1st and 2nd stimulation test, respectively. Blood samples were taken before and 6 hours after rhTSH administration for determination of total T4 concentration.
Results: Using the higher dose led to a normal test interpretation in 9 of the 15 dogs, in which stimulation had been abnormal using the lower dose. Based on follow-up information, hypothyroidism was excluded in 7 of these 9 dogs. In all 6 dogs with a blunted response to the higher dose, hypothyroidism could be confirmed. Healthy dogs showed significantly higher post-TSH T4 concentrations with the higher compared with the lower dose. Post-TSH T4 concentrations after TSH stimulation were not related to dogs' body weight in either healthy or diseased dogs.
Conclusions and Clinical Relevance: TSH dose significantly influenced test interpretation in suspected hypothyroid dogs. Differentiation between primary hypothyroidism and nonthyroidal disease was improved with 150 μg rhTSH. Because this effect was independent of the dogs' body weight, the higher dose is recommended in dogs that have concurrent disease or are receiving medication. 相似文献

在GIS的支持下,建立了林火蔓延的空间背景数据库,在此基础上采用了王正非林火蔓延模型和遍历各点算法,在空间背景数据库之上,用Visual C 6.0 MapObject2.1控件技术进行了林火蔓延的动态模拟,以实现任意地点、任意气象条件下的林火蔓延动态仿真模拟,直观地掌握林火的发生、发展和蔓延的过程,以及林火蔓延的方向等。通过对模拟结果的分析得出,在模拟的过程中计算机运行比较快,模拟效果很好。 相似文献

【】 目的: 探索重复经颅磁刺激治疗(rTMS)对于住院慢性精神分裂症患者认知功能的改善作用以及该治疗对于患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响,初步探索rTMS影响患者认知功能的潜在机制。方法: 选取2013年1月~2016年1月在天津市精神卫生中心住院治疗的精神分裂症患者60名,按照病情、性别、年龄等因素进行配对,随机分配每对病人接受rTMS真刺激治疗和伪刺激治疗4周,应用应用阳性和阴性综合征量表( PANSS)和可重复的成套神经心理状态测量( RBANS)在治疗前后评估患者的精神症状及认知功能。在所有患者治疗前后均采集其血清CRP水平。 结果: (1) 治疗后,真刺激组患者的血清C反应蛋白水平明显下降(P<0.05),而假刺激组则无变化;(2)与治疗前比较,真刺激组4周治疗后PANSS总分及阴性症状因子分较前均有下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组则无差异;(3) RBANS总分、视觉广度分、注意分、延时记忆分较前均有升高,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组RBANS总分及各因子分均无统计学差异;(4) 真刺激组内患者的“PANSS总分差值”与“即刻记忆分差值”、“阴性量表分差值”与“RBANS总分差值”以及“ 阴性量表分差值”与“延时记忆分差值”之间均有负相关关系(P<0.05);(5) 真刺激组内患者的RBANS总分变化值(ΔRBANS)、Δ即刻记忆、Δ注意和Δ延时记忆与ΔCRP存在负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论: rTMS可以有效改善慢性精神分裂症患者的认知功能,其机制可能与rTMS治疗缓解炎症反应有关。 相似文献

The aim of this study was to assess the feasibility of implanting an existing vagus nerve stimulating (VNS) electrode around the recurrent laryngeal nerve. The stimulus response characteristics required to achieve abduction of the ipsilateral arytenoid by the VNS electrode in the normal horse could then be determined. The electrode was wound around the left recurrent laryngeal nerve at the cervical level and connected to a pulse generator. Stimulus response characteristics were obtained by measuring stimulated arytenoid displacement endoscopically in the standing, non-sedated horse. A full and sustained abduction of the arytenoid was obtained with a stimulation frequency of 25 Hz and intensity of 1 mA with a pulse width of 250 μs. 相似文献
