保靖黄金茶是保靖县古老而珍稀的特异地方优质名茶,独具"香、绿、爽、浓"的优异品质.为充分发挥资源优势,现就保靖黄金茶产业现状和存在的问题,提出保靖黄金茶产业发展的建议.     

The electroretinographic phenotype of dogs with Golden Retriever muscular dystrophy

Objective To characterize the flash electroretinogram (ERG) in the Golden Retriever muscular dystrophy (GRMD) dog and to compare the results with those from a control group of Golden Retrievers. To investigate whether similar abnormalities of the ERG as those found in a majority of human patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) are also observed in the GRMD dog, the canine model for DMD. Animals Five GRMD dogs and five age‐matched clinically normal Golden Retrievers. Procedure An ophthalmic examination was carried out prior to performing electroretinography under general anesthesia. Rod, combined rod–cone and oscillatory potentials responses were recorded after dark adaptation. Responses to 30‐Hz‐flicker were recorded after light adaptation. The ERG responses of the GRMD dogs were compared with those of the control dogs by use of a Wilcoxon signed rank test. Results GRMD dogs had significantly reduced a and b‐wave amplitudes after dim white flash stimuli (rod response) and reduced a‐wave amplitude after bright white flash stimuli (rod–cone response). Conclusion and clinical relevance The ERG abnormalities observed in the GRMD dog suggest a dysfunction in the rod signaling pathway. These ERG alterations are different from those observed in human patients with DMD.     

Nutritional Enhancement of Biocontrol Activity of Candida sake (CPA-1) against Penicillium expansum on Apples and Pears

Pome fruits are poor in nitrogenous compounds and the addition of nitrogen can improve colonisation of the fruits by antagonists. Twenty-two nitrogenous compounds were evaluated for their effect on Candida sake (CPA-1) growth in vitro. Ten compounds that induced greater growth were applied with the antagonist to wounded fruits to evaluate their effect on enhancing control of Penicillium expansum. Calcium chloride and 2-deoxy-D-glucose were also tested. L-serine and L-aspartic acid enhanced biocontrol by C. sake against P. expansum on apples. On apples and pears, ammonium molybdate, calcium chloride and 2-deoxy-D-glucose improved the capacity of the antagonist to control P. expansum. The addition of ammonium molybdate at 1 mM allowed C. sake to be used on apples and pears at a lower concentration without diminishing control. Similar results were observed with the addition of calcium chloride to the antagonist. 2-deoxy-D-glucose at 6 and 18 mM enhanced biocontrol on pears by over 81%, but on apples the improvement of biocontrol was observed only at 6 mM. In cold storage, the combination of ammonium molybdate and C. sake completely eliminated the incidence of blue mould on pears, and reduced its severity and incidence by more than 80% on apples.     

采后热空气处理对金冠苹果后熟衰老及病害的影响

金冠苹果采用38℃,72h或96h热空气处理,可降低0℃贮藏中果实的呼吸强度和乙烯释放量,延缓非溶性果胶的降解,维持较高的硬度、脆度,同时也会加速果皮的褪绿变黄和固酸比的上升,尤其是38℃96h处理的作用效果更为明显,显著提高了货架期后(20℃7d)苹果的质地品质和可接受程度,延缓衰老。苹果分别接种扩展青霉、灰葡萄孢霉,0℃和20℃条件下其病害发生率和腐烂均很严重,采用38℃96h热空气处理可以完全控制病害的发生,避免腐烂。可见,热空气处理一方面能延缓金冠苹果的后熟衰老,另一方面还能控制贮期病害的发生。     

实时荧光定量PCR检测PrP基因在金黄地鼠脑组织的动态表达

金黄地鼠是研究动物传染性海绵状脑病的理想模型动物之一,其脑组织内朊蛋白基因动态表达数据的测定对探讨该类疾病的发生、发展和分子致病机理具有重要意义。我们利用实时荧光定量RT-PCR技术,对不同年龄金黄地鼠大脑、小脑、丘脑和脑干PrP基因的表达进行了定量。结果发现,脑的四个检测部位都呈现高的表达量,但是同一年龄段不同组织每纳克总RNA中朊蛋白基因的表达量和每毫克组织中朊蛋白基因的表达量有显著的差别,不同组织在不同年龄出现表达高峰。本研究的结果对于探讨朊蛋白的基本功能和脑组织在传染性海绵状脑病病理发生中的作用,提供了基础数据。     

Rootstock influence on ‘delicious’ and ‘golden delicious’ apple fruit quality at harvest and after storage

The influence of 9 rootstocks (M2, M7, M25, M26, MM104, MM106, MM109, MM111 and seedling) on fruit quality at harvest and after storage of ‘Wellspur Delicious’ (WS) and ‘Goldspur’ (GS), and of 3 rootstocks (M7, M26 and MM106) on fruit quality of ‘Red King Delicious’ (RK) and ‘Golden Delicious’ (GD) apple (Malus domestica Borkh.) was evaluated during a 4-year period. Fruits from trees on M26 were larger, developed earlier color and soluble solids (SS), and maintained higher levels of acidity (at harvest and during storage) in comparison with other rootstocks. Fruit from trees on M2 tended to have high SS. Fruit color from trees on MM104, MM106 and MM109 tended to be comparatively poor. There were significant rootstock effects on SS, starch, acidity, color, circumference, weight and box size.     

森林生态旅游环境解译服务游客态度调查--以金殿国家森林公园为例

通过实地考察、调查问卷等方法,以金殿国家森林公园为研究案例,进行游客对解译服务内心期望重要程度和实际体验满意程度调查,了解游客对解译媒体、媒体设计、解译内容等的选择倾向,分析不同性别、不同年龄、不同文化层次游客的偏好差异,并提出完善解译媒体、系统培训人员、建立教育基地等的构建对策。     

昆明市城市森林结构模式在园林中的应用——以金牛公园为例

位于昆明市中心的金牛公园定位为城市生态绿地。文章介绍了该公园的森林结构以及植物群落组成,并分析了公园的生态效益。通过问卷调查,92.2%的市民对金牛公园的景观效果满意。提出了城市森林结构模式在园林应用与发展中的对策。     

不同矮化中间砧对金冠苹果树体及根系生长发育的影响

本试验以嫁接不同矮化中间砧的2年生盆栽金冠苹果树为试材,研究不同矮化砧木对金冠树体及根系生长发育的影响。结果表明,不同矮化中间砧影响金冠苹果树体及根系的生长发育。中间砧为GM256的金冠苹果,树体高度及新梢生长量最大,除根系直径外,其余根系形态指标也均为最大值,树体矮化效果最差;SH1树体矮化效果最好;SH6矮化中间砧木与接穗亲和性最好,辽砧2号组合的亲和性最差;d≦0.5mm根径级的毛细根为金冠苹果幼树根系中的主要组成部分。     

金鳟发眼卵孵化及苗种培育试验

本首次报道了金鳟发眼卵孵化技术，孵化水温5－11℃，积温达到140－180度日破膜孵出稚鱼，孵化率北京房山78．0％，黑龙江渤海75．8％，经20－40d胚后发育上浮平游开食。同时介绍了苗种培育技术和管理方法。
