Somatostatin receptors expressed by insulinomas in 5 dogs were imaged in vivo by means of indium in 111 pentetreotide (OctreoScan) scintigraphy. The diagnosis in each dog was supported by the presence of hypoglycemia (<60 mg/dL), hyperinsulinemia (>20 microU/mL), and histopathologic review of neoplastic tissue. All insulinomas expressed high-affinity somatostatin receptors of subtype sst2, as shown by receptor autoradiography in vitro using 125I-[tyrosine3]-octreotide and 125I-[leucine8, Dtryptophan22, tyrosine25]-somatostatin-28 with an sst2 subtype-selective analogue. Scintigrams were obtained at 1, 4, 12, and 24 hours after the i.v. administration of 74-222 MBq of OctreoScan to each patient. Abnormal foci of activity were 1st observed from 1 hour after administration of the radioligand in dog 3, to 24 hours after its administration in dog 4; in dogs 1 and 2, abnormal foci of activity were visible from 12 hours. Dog 5 showed a questionable abnormal focus of activity at 12 hours, but not at 24 hours. Scintigraphy enabled accurate prediction of the anatomical location of the primary tumor in 1 of 4 dogs, but was unable to differentiate a right- from a left-pancreatic lobe tumor, or vice versa, in 3 dogs; the 5th dog had equivocal results. 111In-pentetreotide scintigraphy is a useful diagnostic adjunct to the clinical evaluation of the insulinoma patient, but is unable to localize the tumor in some cases.  相似文献

An 11-year-old, male castrated, Labrador Retriever was evaluated for the presence of rapidly growing concurrent leg and intraocular masses. Metastasis was noted in the chest at time of initial presentation. Indium-111 labeled vitamin B12 imaging was performed, and there was significant uptake by both primary tumors and the lung metastases. Enucleation and amputation were performed for palliative relief. The leg mass was a grade 2 soft tissue sarcoma and the ocular mass a ciliary adenoma. The dog remained symptom-free for approximately 10 weeks before developing signs of respiratory distress. He was euthanized 12 weeks after initial presentation, and there was diffuse infiltration of the lungs with metastatic sarcoma. Indium-111 labeled vitamin B12 imaging identified a ciliary adenoma in this case and may provide a useful differentiation technique for evaluation of intraocular and retrobulbar masses if it can be demonstrated that there is differential uptake between inflammatory or infectious conditions and neoplasia.  相似文献

应用花药培养技术对粳稻BT型不育系XG111A和保持系XG111B进行提纯改良。结果表明,低温6~8℃预处理3~18 d,有助于花药愈伤诱导率的提高,尤以低温预处理8 d,愈伤诱导率最高;35~50 d诱导愈伤的分化率最高,XG111A和XG111B的分化率分别达到22.5%和30.2%。经花药培养后,不育系和保持系株系内整齐度均得到显著提高:不育系的不育花粉率为100%,原供体对照为99.58%。保持系的花培后代植株90%以上都具有原供体植株的典型特征,且后代的性状遗传稳定,另有部分株系优于原供体植株。  相似文献

棉花新材料A111基于cpDNA的种性初步鉴定   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A111是从澳大利亚收集到的一份新的野生棉,属于澳洲棉、或奈尔逊氏棉乃至一个新的棉种,归属一直没定论。为鉴别A111与澳大利亚以及世界其它地区棉种的差别,以24个棉种(变种)为参照,分析了A111的cpDNA序列特点。结果表明,在15条cpDNA基本序列中,筛选出了8条序列适合于棉属植物系统发育和种性鉴别研究。这8条序列的变异率和识别率均较高,其中rps16识别率最高(100%)。基于8个序列组合的系统发育分析,能识别单个棉种。聚类结果显示,棉属分为两大分支,A111与奈尔逊氏棉(G3)处于澳洲野生棉分支中的姊妹分支。序列比对结果表明,A111的叶绿体序列存在特异的插入与缺失,明显区别于其他棉种。由此,初步鉴定A111是澳洲野生棉的一个新种,与奈尔逊氏棉的亲缘关系最近。  相似文献

Technetium-99m hexamethylpropyleneamine oxine (99mTc-HMPAO) and Indium-111 oxine (111In-oxine) labeled canine gramulocytes were evaluated in vitro over a six hour period. Labeling efficiency for 99mTC-HMPAO and 111In-oxine labeled granulocytes was 39.6%± 8.0% and 60.6%± 17.6% (mean ± SD) respectively. The mean in vitro elution of the radiolabel ranged from 8.7-14.0% for the 99mTc-HMPAO grannulocytes and from 6.1-9.0% for the 111In-oxine granulocytes. Mean cell viability, for the 99mTc-HMPAO, 111In-oxine and non-radiolabeled control granulocytes ranged from 97.8-99.4%, 96.4-98.5% and 98.2-99.0%, respectively. The phagocytic ability of the 99mTc-HMPAO, 111In-oxine and control granulocytes ranged from 47.5-54.1%, 38.9-56.2% and 46.6-57.8% respectively over the six hour study period. Although labeling efficiency using 111In-oxine was significantly (P=0.05) better than 99mTc-HMPAO, there was no significant difference in label retention of the two radiolabels. There was no significant difference in viability or phagocytic function during the six hour study period. Considering the potential cost advantage and the superior imaging qualities of Technetium-99m relative to Indium-111, 99mTc-HMPAO appears to be a good alternative to 111In-oxine as a granulocyte label.  相似文献

G111公路讷嫩段9种护坡灌木根系增强土壤抗蚀性比较   总被引:4,自引:2,他引:2  
国道G111讷嫩段是较严重的风沙区,选取9种东北常见绿化灌木,对其根系土壤抗蚀性进行研究。首先以全根挖掘法考察其根系形态分布特征,以静水崩解法确定不同灌木根系土粒抗蚀指数大小变化,最后用主成分分析法对衡量土壤抗蚀性的25项指标进行分析。结果表明:9种灌木土壤抗蚀性的增强效应不同,但都随着土层深度增加,抗蚀指数呈下降趋势,并且9种灌木土壤抗蚀指数(S)都随浸水时间(t)呈三次函数曲线变化(R2≥0.82)。微团聚体、有机质、速效钾、>5 mm和0.5~2 mm土壤大团聚体及<1mm根系生物量、根系长度,在植物对土壤抗蚀性增强效应中起主要作用,它们的公因子方差都超过了0.90。9种灌木根系对土壤抗蚀性增强效应依次为:紫丁香>树锦鸡儿>爬地柏>红瑞木>东北连翘>辽东水蜡>紫穗槐>毛樱桃>红王子锦带,建议对前5种灌木进行推广应用。  相似文献

Nephrosonography was compared to In-111 WBC for detection of experimentally induced pyelonephritis in 12 dogs. Nephrosonography was performed during the acute and chronic phase of pyelonephritis in all dogs. Sonographic abnormalities were found in all infected kidneys imaged early after infection. In the chronic phase of pyelonephritis, the sonographic abnormalities had decreased in severity in 9 kidneys, increased in severity in 2 kidneys, and had resolved in 2 kidneys. After histopathologic evaluation, eleven of fifteen kidneys (73%) with pyelonephritis had been identified by sonography. The In-111 WBC scan was performed during the acute phase of pyelonephritis in 9 dogs and during the chronic phase in all dogs. During the acute phase of pyelonephritis, the WBC scan was positive in 8 of the 9 dogs (89%) on images acquired 24 and 48 hr after injection of the labelled WBC. During the chronic phase of pyelonephritis, the WBC scan was negative in all 12 dogs. The sensitivity of the In-111 WBC scan was poor compared to nephrosonography for detection of chronic pyelonephritis. In this study, optimal detection of renal infection/pyelonephritis by In-111 WBC may be dependent on the presence of clinical signs and leukocytosis in dogs. Even when leukocytosis is present, the In-111 WBC may fail to accumulate in the kidney in dogs with pyelonephritis, particularly if no clinical signs (fever, depression, inappetence) are present.  相似文献

gspI和gsp J两个蛋白可能参与青枯雷尔氏菌II型分泌系统周质复合体的形成。为进一步研究青枯雷尔氏菌基因间的互作,以桑青枯雷尔氏菌MR111为材料,对MR111的gsp I和gsp J基因进行了PCR扩增和测序,分别获得了gsp I基因(391 bp)和gsp J基因(567 bp)序列;序列编码蛋白均含典型的该类基因的功能性结构,N端均以疏水氨基酸亮氨酸(L)和丙氨酸(A)最多,具分泌型信号肽特性,与其他青枯雷尔氏菌的同源基因的一致性在94%以上;以gsp I和gsp J基因联合矩阵进行聚类分析,发现几种青枯雷尔氏菌基因聚合后,再与其他雷尔氏菌属基因相聚合。  相似文献

The purpose of this sutdy was to determine the clinical utility of 111 In-labeled transferrin ( 111 In-TF) scintigraphy for evaluating dogs suspected of having protein-losing enteropathies. Four dogs were injected intravenoulsy with autologous 111In-TF after 30 min incubation (at 37°C) of 18.5 MBq (0.5mCi) 111In CI3 with one ml of autologous plasma, Serial right lateral, left lateral and dorsal images were obtained 2, 4, and 24 hours post 111 In-TF administration, Images were subjectively evaluated for the presence or absence of 111 within the gastrointestinal tract. The results of total protein, albumin and globulin legels and results form gastrointestinal tract. the results of total protein, albumin and globulin levels and results from gastrointestinal biopsies were recorded. In one dog, a follow-up scientigraphic study was done six months after initial evaluation and initiation of treatment for plasmocytic-lymphocytic enteritis. Gastrointestinal activity was noted by two hours in two dogs, while all four dogs had gastrointestinal activity on the 24 hour images. The mean (±std dev) plasma protein, albumin and globulin levels were 3.5 (±0.9), 1.7 (±1) and 1.8 (±0.3) respectively at the time of initial presentation. In the one dog that was evaluated after therapy, faint visualization of radioactivity within the colon was noted on the 24 hour image. Based on this study, 111In-TF appears to be a viable scientigraphic method for evaluating dogs with suspected dogs withfd suspected protein-losing enteropathies, Potential limitations of tjis radiopharmaceutical include cost and prolonged isolation of the animal prior to release to the client due to the long physical half-life (T½= 2.82 days).  相似文献
