自2006年以来,长江豚类极度濒危的生存状况得到广泛关注,在其自然保护区实施一系列生态修复工程,为镇江长江豚类省级自然保护区内的江豚提供良好的生存环境。于2015—2018年在和畅洲水域建设生态浮岛、人工鱼巢和放流底栖动物进行水域生态修复,对生态修复工程进行跟踪监测和效果评价。结果表明:生态浮岛的建设可提高区域内浮游植物和浮游动物的生物多样性和群落结构复杂程度;人工鱼巢对产黏性卵鱼类具有一定增殖效果,增殖种类主要为鲤、鲫、䱗和黄尾鲴;生态浮岛和人工鱼巢的建设对鱼类均有较好的聚集效果;底栖动物增殖放流显著增加了放流物种的丰度、生物量及保护区底栖动物群落生物量,增殖放流效果评价为中等。该自然保护区水域生态修复效果明显,为工程施工影响下水生生物保护区生态修复提供科学依据。  相似文献

[目的/意义]政府新闻文本是政策文本的表达形式之一。对政府新闻文本进行挖掘分析,能直观的展现表面动态,揭示对话事件的立场及其背后关系,能对情报分析工作、中国新型智库的发展建设,提供有效的助力。[方法/过程]文章利用TextRank算法进行核心句提取,并结合批评话语分析理论框架来做评估,以语料驱动从关键句、关键词两个宏观角度讨论政府决策态度,以词性从话语策略的微观角度总结美国官方对人工智能和5G领域的话语认知形象。[结果/结论]通过分析可以看出,美国政府对于人工智能和5G领域的态度将持续保持在“政府引领下的美国需优先”这一局面,面对发展中国家的科技竞争,增加政府政策性文本的指导无疑是最好的对策建议。  相似文献

胶东铁路弃土弃渣体产流产沙特征   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
通过人工模拟降雨试验,研究降雨强度和坡度对胶东铁路弃土弃渣体产流产沙的影响。根据青荣铁路沿线降雨和弃土弃渣体堆积特点,设计3种雨强(20,40,60mm/h)和3个坡度(20°,30°,40°)。结果表明:(1)当降雨强度由20mm/h增加到60mm/h,产流开始时间可缩短11~20s;当坡度由20°变化到40°,产流开始时间可提前17~22s。(2)径流量、产沙率在降雨初期剧增到峰值,之后径流量逐渐趋于稳定,而产沙率波动减小后逐渐趋于稳定。(3)相同坡度条件下,雨强40 mm/h下的径流量较20 mm/h时增加37.3%~122.6%,产沙率约为20mm/h时的1.5~19.5倍;而雨强60mm/h下的径流量较40mm/h时仅增加19.1%~26.7%,产沙率仅为40mm/h时的62.5%~151.8%。(4)相同雨强条件下,坡度对径流量、产沙率的影响存在临界坡度(30°~40°),径流量、产沙率随坡度的增大先增加后减小。(5)弃土弃渣体坡度为30°时坡度对坡面侵蚀量的贡献率大于雨强贡献率;而40°时雨强贡献率明显超过坡度。研究结果可为胶东半岛区域铁路项目建设期间弃土弃渣体的水土流失监测及防治提供技术支撑。  相似文献

下垫面变化对喀斯特坡地地下产流产沙的影响   总被引:3,自引:3,他引:0  
通过人工模拟降雨试验,探索表土剥离对喀斯特坡耕地侵蚀产沙的影响。采用钢槽装填土石模拟喀斯特坡地的"二元结构",通过正交试验分析了下垫面类型(坡耕地、裸坡地)、雨强(0.5,0.8,1.3mm/min)和地下孔(裂)隙度(1%,2%,3%,4%,5%)对坡地地下产流、产沙的影响。结果表明:表土剥离导致下垫面土壤物理性质改变,是影响坡地产流、产沙特征变化的主要因素。降雨强度主要影响坡地地下产流量和产沙量,地下孔(裂)隙度主要影响径流和泥沙在地表和地下的分配比例。表土剥离后表层土壤的容重和土壤颗粒分形维数呈显著性增大,导致土壤透水性、孔隙大小等发生改变。相比之下,在0.5mm/min雨强下,裸坡地的地下产流量、产流系数、产沙比重均大于坡耕地,雨强增大至0.8,1.3mm/min后,则是坡耕地大于裸坡地。同时,随着降雨强度的增大,坡耕地产流量和产沙量随雨强的变化顺序为0.5mm/min雨强0.8mm/min雨强1.3mm/min雨强。而裸坡地的产流量大小随雨强的变化顺序为0.8mm/min雨强1.3mm/min雨强0.5 mm/min雨强,产沙量大小随雨强的变化顺序为0.5 mm/min雨强0.8mm/min雨强1.3mm/min雨强。增大地下孔裂隙度能显著(p0.05)的增大两种坡地的地下产流、产沙的贡献量。地下孔裂隙度为1%~3%条件下,2种坡地地下侵蚀产沙比重存在极显著差异(p0.01),随着地下孔(裂)隙度增大至4%和5%,两者间的差异缩小。虽然裸坡地的地下侵蚀产沙量小于坡耕地的,但是其地下产沙比重更大。在喀斯特地区进行开发建设时,应注重地下漏失的防治工作。研究成果能够为喀斯特坡地土壤侵蚀研究和水土流失防治提供重要参考。  相似文献

为评价非昆虫源人工饲料饲养七星瓢虫的捕食能力,在室内比较了用人工饲料饲养的七星瓢虫种群和蚜虫饲养的七星瓢虫种群对豆蚜捕食作用的异同。结果表明,两种七星瓢虫种群各虫态的捕食量均随着猎物密度的增加而上升,当猎物密度增加到一定水平,捕食量趋向稳定,捕食功能反应曲线均符合Holling Ⅱ型方程。人工饲料饲养种群的1~4龄幼虫、雌成虫和雄成虫的理论最大日捕食量分别是20.9、36.0、100.2、403.2、490.9和395.3头,蚜虫饲养种群的1~4龄幼虫、雌成虫和雄成虫的理论最大日捕食量分别是20.0、28.9、102.1、476.2、472.2和396.4头。结果说明两种种群各虫态对豆蚜的最大日捕食量差异不大,表明人工饲料饲养的七星瓢虫对豆蚜也有较强的控制作用。  相似文献

为解决花绒寄甲人工繁育技术的关键问题,进一步提高产量,开展了低温保存对花绒寄甲卵活力的影响、替代寄主选择、成虫人工饲料配方、室内生活史等研究,并在后期初步开展了花绒寄甲对桃红颈天牛的野外防效试验。结果表明,4℃条件下保存0~60 d对花绒寄甲卵孵化率的影响存在显著差异,不经低温处理的卵孵化率最高,可达70.87%,低温保存60 d后,孵化率降为65.81%;大麦虫可作为花绒寄甲幼虫的替代寄主,最佳接虫比为1:5,此时化蛹率达70.40%,羽化率达94.03%;黄粉虫蛹、大蜡螟幼虫无法繁育出花绒寄甲成虫;黄粉虫幼虫干粉、大麦虫幼虫干粉、无菌水、脯氨酸、羟氨酸、丝氨酸、胱氨酸、葡萄糖、亚油酸混合配制的饲料使花绒寄甲成虫存活率达96.70%,单雌产卵量达161.10粒,产卵期持续43 d,是成虫的最佳人工饲料;经室内繁育的花绒寄甲一年发生2代,成虫寿命2~3年,卵期平均8.64 d、幼虫期平均6.63 d、蛹期平均36.88 d。花绒寄甲可用于防治桃红颈天牛,野外最佳释放比为8:1~ 10:1(天敌:天牛),虫口减退率达72.70%。  相似文献

Life history theory predicts a trade‐off between migration and residency where migration is favoured when it infers elevated fitness. Although migration to more favourable environments may offer higher growth rates, migrants often experience increased mortality due to predation. Here, we investigated mortality and migration behaviour of the North Sea houting (Coregonus oxyrinchus), an anadromous salmonid endemic to the Wadden Sea. We used acoustic telemetry to map the migration of the only remaining indigenous population by applying stationary hydrophones combined with manual tracking. Data suggested a total mortality of 26%, with 30% of the total mortality attributed to predation by great cormorants (Phalacrocorax carbo sinensis), highlighting that North Sea houting conservation could be jeopardised by increased cormorant predation. Risk of cormorant predation was size‐dependent, with smaller fish suffering higher risk of predation. The study found North Sea houting to exhibit disparate migration strategies and identified a lentic area in the estuary as an important habitat. Two newly established artificial lakes within the river system significantly reduced the migration speeds, possibly indicating constrained navigation through the lakes. The migration into the Wadden Sea correlated with temperature perhaps indicating osmoregulatory constraints of sea entry. Unlike many salmonid species, migration occurred both day and night. Moreover, fish exhibited repeatable individual differences in diel activity patterns, suggesting that individuals differ consistently in their migratory activity throughout the 24‐hr period. Our study provides novel information on salmonid migration, which is crucial for the development of science‐based conservation strategies.  相似文献

AIMS: To determine if abdominal insufflation with medical air will improve oxygenation and ventilation parameters when compared to insufflation with CO2 in xylazine-sedated sheep undergoing laparoscopic artificial insemination (AI).

METHODS: Forty-seven sheep underwent oestrus synchronisation and were fasted for 24 hours prior to laparoscopic AI. Each animal was randomised to receive either CO2 or medical air for abdominal insufflation. An auricular arterial catheter was placed and utilised for serial blood sampling. Respiratory rates (RR) and arterial blood samples were collected at baseline, after xylazine (0.1?mg/kg I/V) sedation, 2 minutes after Trendelenburg positioning, 5 minutes after abdominal insufflation, and 10 minutes after being returned to a standing position. Blood samples were collected in heparinised syringes, stored on ice, and analysed for arterial pH, partial pressure of arterial O2 (PaO2), and CO2 (PaCO2). The number of ewes conceiving to AI was also determined.

RESULTS: Repeated measures ANOVA demonstrated temporal effects on RR, PaO2, PaCO2 and arterial pH during the laparoscopic AI procedure (p<0.001), but no difference between insufflation groups (p>0.01). No sheep experienced hypercapnia (PaCO2>50?mmHg) or acidaemia (pH<7.35). Hypoxaemia (PaO2<70?mmHg) was diagnosed during the procedure in 14/22 (64%) ewes in the CO2 group compared with 8/23 (35%) ewes in the medical air group (p=0.053). Overall, 15/20 (75%) ewes in the CO2 group conceived to AI compared with 16/22 (72.7%) in the medical air group (p=0.867).

CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL RELEVANCE: There were no statistical or clinical differences in RR, PaO2, PaCO2, pH, or conception to AI when comparing the effects of CO2 and medical air as abdominal insufflation gases. None of the sheep experienced hypercapnia or acidaemic, yet 42% (19/45) of sheep developed clinical hypoxaemia, with a higher percentage of ewes in the CO2 group developing hypoxaemia than in the medical air group. Based on the overall analysis, medical air could be utilised as a comparable alternative for abdominal insufflation during laparoscopic AI procedures.  相似文献

Patagonian red octopus, Enteroctopus megalocyathus, is a merobenthic octopus whose paralarvae have been successfully cultured up to juvenile octopuses. At present, high mortality during the paralarval period prevents the scaling from experimental rearing to commercial aquaculture. The aim of the study was to determine upper (CTMax) and lower (CTMin) thermal tolerance, acclimation response ratio (ARR) and thermal tolerance polygon of paralarvae from different culture conditions and subjected to seven acclimation temperatures (6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18°C) during the first 5 days of paralarval life. Culture conditions were two types of egg incubation (maternal care and artificial incubators) and two feeding regimes (fed or starved). Fed paralarvae showed thermal preferendum, while unfed paralarvae preferred much higher temperatures than those of acclimation. CTMin and CTMax increased along with the acclimation temperature. Lower values of ARR were obtained in paralarvae from artificial incubation, with this type of paralarva showing the least adaptability to thermal changes. Starved paralarvae showed the lowest values for thermal tolerance range (TTR) and smaller areas of thermal polygon than fed paralarvae. Rearing temperatures above 16°C may be considered suboptimal to paralarvae and affected by the conditions during the embryonic incubation. Rearing temperatures below 8°C may be considered suboptimal for all hatched paralarvae. Therefore, the other temperatures within this range could be used in the context of improving the culture management of paralarvae.  相似文献
