Design of the PC/104 Bus Mode Multi-channel Analyzer

This paper expatiates on the bus structure and develop the bus mode Multi-Channel Analyzer (MCA). The nucleus of this MCA is the PC/104 embedded computer, and it introduces the bus communication to realize system and data communication. It may realize data collecting and showing in the field, because the bus mode is rapid. At first, on the hardware we introduce CMOS components, this reduces power, volume and weight. These make it adapts to use in the field; besides, on the software we adopt C and assembly language to program in order to improve conversion speed. At the same time, single-task DOS operating system is infroduced, which makes the software run more steadily, operate more simply. By means of testing on the spot it can normally work, so it suitable to work in the field.     

基于PC104总线的直流伺服电动机控制

在PC104总线控制下，应用运动控制芯片LM629和电动机驱动芯片LMD18200实现了直流伺服电动机的控制。本文介绍了电动机控制系统的组成、电机控制板和系统控制软件。该控制系统具有体积小、功能强、反应速度快和控制简单等特点，可以应用在小型移动机器人的运动控制系统上。     

“川麦42”ד川农16”重组自交系农艺性状分析

利用“川麦42”ד川农16”构建的重组自交系群体（127个株系）,对抽穗期、株高、穗长、千粒重等10个农艺性状进行了研究,结果表明,各性状在RIL群体中呈连续变异,分布频率基本符合正态分布,同时存在双向超亲分离现象。此外,对群体中农艺性状突出的株系进行了分析,6个株系表现为产量超高亲20%,19个株系的综合性状均较好。     

利用人工合成六倍体小麦育成的新品种"川麦42"的生态适应性及产量潜力研究

川麦42是利用CIMMYT人工合成六倍体小麦新资源育成的超高产新品种。2004~2006年,在四川多个生态点将川麦42与7个小麦品种的相关特性进行了比较研究。结果表明:①川麦42的丰产潜力较高,籽粒单产一般可达6~8 t/hm2,平均比其他品种高7%~15%。在各生态点间的变异系数较高,达到20%~25%。②川麦42因产量高,其需肥量较大,一般高氮处理的籽粒单产都显著高于低氮处理。同时,中等密度(220~240苗/m2)有利于高产。③因春性较强,不宜过早播种,以10月25~30日为最佳播种期。④川麦42中后期灌浆速率高,优势明显,利于发挥大粒大穗潜力。     

应用典型样本对损毁土地进行大尺度调查

在全国土地复垦潜力调查研究工作开展的背景下,以内蒙古自治区煤炭生产建设项目损毁土地为例,探索合理、科学的一定区域范围内大尺度要求下损毁土地面积的推算。采用实地调研法和典型样本分析法,在研究中提出"万吨煤土地损毁系数",并以该参数推算全区损毁土地面积。研究结果:全区范围内露天煤矿、井工煤矿万吨煤土地损毁系数分别为0.26、0.25 hm2.104t-1。该推算方法是政策尺度下所采用的,可以作为本次土地复垦潜力调查的参考数据;若要得到更为准确的数据为土地复垦潜力调查分析评价服务,必须在将来认真组织开展全国范围内损毁土地详查工作。     

Nationwide surveillance of salmonella in the faeces of pigs in Japan

The prevalence of faecal carriage of salmonella in 5393 pigs reared on 218 pig farms located in 31 of 47 prefectures in Japan over the period July 2003 to June 2005 was investigated. We isolated 172 strains belonging to 20 serovars and one untypable Salmonella enterica from 169 pig faecal samples (3.1%) collected from 48 farms (22.0%). The most prevalent type of S. enterica was untypable O4,12:d:- which lacks phase 2 flagellar antigen, representing 29.1% (50/172) of all isolates. Of 26 S. enterica serovar Typhimurium isolates, 16 strains appeared to be definitive phage type 104 (DT104) by polymerase chain reaction.     

川麦107慢条锈性遗传分析和分子标记研究

通过配制杂交组合川麦107×川育12和川麦107×台长29,研究了小麦品种川麦107的慢条锈性遗传特性和分子标记,以期为该品种慢条锈性在新品种选育中的应用提供依据。两个组合F1代植株均表现感病,F2代感病、慢条锈植株呈15∶1分离,表明川麦107慢条锈性受2对隐性基因控制。用已知与Yr5、Yr15、Yr24和Yr26连锁的SSR标记Xgwm501-2B、Xgwm413-1B、Xgwm11-1B和Xgwm18-1B等检测后,没有扩增出相同的条带,表明川麦107可能不含上述4个基因。初步发现了与该品种2个隐性慢条锈基因紧密连锁的SSR标记,即Xgwm46-7B和Xgwm648-3D,其中,Xgwm46-7B位于7B染色体,Xgwm648-3D位于3D染色体,分别与慢条锈性基因相距15.9和20.6cM。     

Comparison of predictions of baking volume using large deformation rheological properties

Three large deformation rheological tests, the Kieffer dough extensibility system, the D/R dough inflation system and the 2 g mixograph test, were carried out on doughs made from a large number of winter wheat lines and cultivars grown in Poland. These lines and cultivars represented a broad spread in baking performance in order to assess their suitability as predictors of baking volume. The parameters most closely associated with baking volume were strain hardening index, bubble failure strain, and mixograph bandwidth at 10 min. Simple correlations with baking volume indicate that bubble failure strain and strain hardening index give the highest correlations, whilst the use of best subsets regression, which selects the best combination of parameters, gave increased correlations with R²=0.865 for dough inflation parameters, R²=0.842 for Kieffer parameters and R²=0.760 for mixograph parameters.
