为了揭示蓟马为害后紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)叶片和茎秆细胞组织结构的变化及其与苜蓿耐害性的关系,本研究选用抗、感蓟马苜蓿无性系R-1和I-1,比较蓟马为害后苜蓿叶片和茎秆的显微结构及叶片超微结构的变化。结果表明,受害后,R-1和I-1苜蓿的组织结构有明显改变:叶片上下表皮细胞锯齿边缘消失,细胞显著隆起,气孔缩小,单位面积细胞和气孔数显著增加。在茎秆中,维管束间距和直径变小,维管束细胞减少,厚角组织宽度下降;表皮细胞变短变窄,细胞和气孔数明显增加。叶片栅栏组织细胞收缩,液泡变小,叶绿体淀粉粒变小或减少,叶绿体片层基粒增加,嗜锇体增多。健康R-1叶片上下表皮单位面积细胞和气孔数均少于I-1。受害后,R-1叶片上下表皮单位面积细胞数分别增加1.75和1.51倍,细胞增加倍数、叶绿体片层和基粒均多于I-1。受蓟马为害后,R-1组织结构的变化较I-1更显著。 相似文献

为探究健康意识对规模养殖户以使用环保饲料为代表的亲环境行为的作用,以湖北省402个生猪规模养殖户为研究对象,应用Heckman两阶段模型,探讨健康意识对不同群体规模养殖户的影响差异。研究结果表明,大多数规模养殖户(78.97%)愿意为环保饲料付费,且平均意愿支付水平为每头生猪饲料成本的6.69%(46.80元·头-1)。健康意识中的健康关注程度对生猪规模养殖户环保饲料支付意愿具有正向促进作用,健康变化感知对其意愿支付水平的影响正向显著。通过主成分分析,健康意识整体上直接对规模养殖户环保饲料的支付意愿与意愿支付水平产生正向影响。而差异性分析也表明,在环保饲料支付意愿决策上,健康意识不同的规模养殖户群体间有明显差异。 相似文献

The objective of this study was to investigate the characteristics of ruminal microbial communities of alpacas (Lama pacos) and sheep (Ovis aries) fed three diets with varying ratios of roughage (corn stalk) to concentrate, 3:7 (LS), 5:5 (MS) and 7:3 (HS). Six alpacas (one-year-old and weighing 29.5 ± 7.1 kg) and six sheep (one-year-old and weighing 27.9 ± 2.7 kg) were used in this study, in a replicated 3 × 3 Latin square experiment. Total protozoa concentration was determined under the microscope; total fungi and methanogens were assessed using quantitative polymerase chain reaction and expressed as a percentage of total bacterial 16S rRNA gene copies; bacterial communities were investigated by targeted 16S rRNA gene (V3–V4 region) sequencing. The percentage of fungi was significantly higher in alpacas than in sheep under the LS diet, while the concentration of protozoa was significantly lower in alpacas under HS, MS and LS diets. The alpha diversity including Shannon, Chao l and ACE indices of bacterial communities was higher in alpacas than in sheep, under the LS diet. A total of 299 genera belonging to 22 phyla were observed in the forestomach of alpaca and sheep, with Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes dominating both animal species. Phyla Armatimonadetes and Fusobacteria, as well as 64 genera, were detected only in alpacas, whereas phyla Acidobacteria and Nitrospira, as well as 44 genera, were found only in sheep. The abundance of cellulolytic bacteria, including Butyrivibrio and Pseudobutyrivibrio, was higher in alpacas than in sheep under all three diets. These differences in the forestomach microbial communities partly explained why alpacas displayed a higher poor-quality roughage digestibility, and a lower methane production. 【目的】基于SRI对黑河流域水文干旱进行等级划分及特征分析。【方法】利用2种不同的径流丰枯等级分类方法,对黑河流域莺落峡水文站的径流资料进行概率统计分析,提出基于SRI的水文干旱等级划分标准(标准1),分别采用标准1和基于标准化降水指数(SPI)的干旱等级划分标准(标准2),识别水文干旱历时、烈度、烈度峰值3个干旱特征变量,利用Copula函数进行水文干旱多变量联合分布研究,选取RMSE、AIC、BIC准则作为联合分布拟合优度检验的判别依据优选Copula函数类型,计算了不同干旱事件的重现期。【结果】基于标准1的水文干旱等级划分结果比标准2更符合实际干旱情况;单变量重现期介于联合重现期与同现重现期之间,可以进行干旱事件重现期估计;黑河流域发生持续2.68个月的重旱事件的重现期为3 a。【结论】基于SRI的干旱等级划分在多变量水文干旱研究中使联合分布函数拟合更优,分析得到的干旱特征更接近实际情况。 相似文献

Twenty-eight male, weaned Chinese Holstein calves((156.8±33.4) kg) were used to investigate the effects of dietary forage to concentrate ratio(F:C) and forage length on nutrient digestibility, plasma metabolites, ruminal fermentation, and fecal microflora. Animals were randomly allocated to four treatments in a 2×2 factorial arrangement: whole-length forage(WL) with low F:C(50:50); WL with high F:C(65:35); short-length forage(SL) with high F:C(65:35); and SL with low F:C(50:50). Chinese wildrye was used as the only forage source in this trial. The grass in the SL treatments was chopped using a chaff cutter to achieve small particle size(~50% particles 19 mm). Dry matter intake(DMI) and organic matter(OM) intake was increased by increasing both F:C(P0.01) and forage length(FL)(P0.05), while acid detergent fiber(ADF) and neutral detergent fiber(NDF) intakes were only increased by increasing the F:C(P0.01). The digestibility of NDF was increased as the FL increased(P0.01), and it was also affected by interaction between F:C and FL(P0.05). Cholesterol(CHO)(P0.01), leptin(LP)(P0.05), and growth hormone(GH)(P0.01) concentrations in plasma were increased as dietary F:C increased. A significant increase in plasma triglyceride(TG)(P0.01), insulin(INS)(P0.05), and GH(P0.01) levels was observed with decreasing dietary FL. Ruminal p H values of calves fed with low F:C diets were significantly lower than those in high F:C treatment(P0.05). Increasing the F:C enhanced ruminal acetic acid(P0.05) and acetic acid/propionic acid(P0.01). Fecal Lactobacillus content was significantly higher, while Escherichia coli and Salmonella contents were significantly lower in WL and high F:C groups(P0.05). Lower fecal scores(higher diarrhea rate) were observed in calves fed with SL hay compared to WL hay(P0.05). Denatured gradient gel electrophoresis(DGGE) bands and richness index(S) were significantly affected by the interaction between F:C and FL(P0.05), under high F:C, band numbers and richness index from WL group were higher than that from SL group(P0.05), whereas there were no differences between WL andSL groups under low F:C(P0.05).
